We were really looked after with such care and kindness by Peter and his team. We had a few queries before we booked and they were all dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location in the centre of the village gives good access to both sides of the valley, and if you decide to get a bus home sometimes, you are delivered to the door. The room we were given was better than the one we expected, and was perfect for our family. The cakes at breakfast were superb, and the breakfast staff so friendly and kind. Many thanks Peter for your hospitality and well done for running such a happy hotel.

Place in the true heart of Ortisei. The location is great either to go skiing or do the summer walks. In the hotel there is a restaurant and a bakery that also sells local specialties. Here you will have everything at your fingertips. A historic building completely renewed inside that will make you feel the true Ladin essence.

5 stars for the bed and breakfast value format, situated in the heart of the village. Sleek and comfortable rooms, excellent bathrooms (if slightly sparten — some more character, e. G. Art, could be added to improve ambiance. There is nice art in the public areas). Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Situated perfectly in the village, 20m from ski bus stop for Selva, 100m from ski escalator to Ortisei gondola. Peter's Ski Hire is next door but one — good equipment, also recommended (limited English, but friendly and helpful).

The hotel is lovely. Great location, in the heart of the town. Friendly staff, large room, hair dryer, shower, shampoo, even slippers. It's cool.

Courtesy and helpfulness are the predominant elements of this hotel, I recommend it to all both big and old.
I could Not find any negative element I Will be returning in summer definitely.

Nice, comfortable, great breakfast with wide choice, big cozy and warm room with a wonderful wood scent.

On arrival we had a warm and friendly greeting. We were told about parking, access to the pool, local attractions, the facilities on offer in the hotel and much more. It was wonderful and made us feel at home. Every aspect of service followed this lead. Efficient and friendly. Lovely spacious and well kept room. Everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great shower. … We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide range of foods on offer.

A very nice hotel throughout. The rooms are newly renovated the people friendly. The restaurant also top the highest level. So for me a 4 star hotel and restaurant I'll be back.

Actually a very nice hotel in a very central location. Unfortunately, this is also the biggest drawback. One front of the hotel is to the village square, the other front is to a busy thoroughfare. Especially in the early evening and early morning, this is due to quite a noise disturbance by restaurant visitors, delivery traffic, buses, etc. To reckon. For noise-sensitive, the hotel is therefore less recommended. Otherwise, I can only recommend the hotel. The rooms very clean and tidy. The reception friendly and professional. The breakfast offer quite satisfactory. Dinner can be reached in some of the surrounding restaurants, which are within walking distance.

Beautiful property in large part renovated, located in the heart of Ortisei, a 2-minute walk from all the lifts which are useful both in the winter to go skiing in the summer! Rooms very cosy and clean. Excellent and complete breakfast. Very helpful and polite staff.

It feels like family.

The best location in the city centre, next to the main shopping street, to both lifts not more than 100 m. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, helpful and friendly service. Own restaurant and pizzeria directly in the building. As a bonus: free passes to a gym with a swimming pool, travel on local buses.
