Our family office friends and we just say super nice, we still have the grin on our face!
Honest and really serious hospitality we experienced here and will come back soon! Super team, great breakfast/cake and super great ambience just made our days perfect. Flexibility and that certain something here are simply tippi toppi!

Well-tended Environment in every detail, excellent cleanliness, friendliness and impeccable service! We will return for sure, two minutes from Merano you can not ask for more! We left our hearts, congratulations!

All years again! All around recommended. The location is simply fantastic & above all the view from the room is priceless. The service is top-notch-and the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. A thank you to the Prantl Crause family for perfectly rounding off our annual Merano weekend.

Cosy Hotel 15 minutes from Merano. Staff available, well appointed structure with sauna available. Ample parking.

Very nice hotel. Modern and stylish furnishings. Quiet location, excellent breakfast. Great, spacious, nicely designed garden with large pool. Friendly hosts. Everything fits here.

18 holes to have fun with the kids. There is a paid parking right in front but the minigolf has free seats near the entrance.

Nice, modern rooms (but always keeping the mountain style) clean and with a magnificent view over Merano. The hotel is well maintained and cared for in the smallest details. In particular the breakfast room with the stained glass windows overlooking the garden with pool is really cozy as well as… Enviable!

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms are very clean and modern, just like the rest of the hotel. Everything is lovingly decorated and according to the seasons. The rooms have a great view over Merano.
Price performance ratio is more than correct, breakfast buffet is rich in choice and fresh. We'll be happy to come back next year.
Class tip was the "unassuming" restaurant La Bruschetta;)

For me the most beautiful and best hotel in the price range! Large garden, large pool, class breakfast! I come every year to the hotel! Beautiful.

Small, exclusive hotel with great attention to detail and neobaroque design — lobby, restaurant and rooms new and high quality — very clean and quiet — mixed guest structure. Family-friendly.
