Excellent service at Hotel Eden, very freindly staff with top class food in the dining room. Nice and quiet in the Hotel bar and dining room which was a bonus. There is a balcony on the top floor with fantastic views over Lake Levico. Too much to write about Hotel Eden so. ***** alround.

Great environment, clean and well organized. Nice and friendly staff SPA, small, but very pretty. We had a smart box, it is we were given a superior room instead of a standard. Recommended! It is a 3 star, but it is worth at least 4/4.5.

It has a bar, restaurant, relaxation room, small wellness centre, gym room and solarium on the top floor.
Located in the main street of the village next to the spa. If you sleep in the main street side rooms, weather permitting, you will enjoy great views over the valley.
Quality of the breakfast improved compared to the past.
In High season (Summer/winter) I recommend booking well in advance.

It is actually more than the three star declared, retro atmosphere early last century but very cared for. Service without faults, at least as far as I was concerned. One note, worn out mattress.

Super comfy and tidy rooms, many with a view on the mountains. The staff is very kind and always ready to help.

Hotel with great location and staff always friendly and helpful, has a small spa with pool and a large restaurant room. Personally I had two experiences: 1 day in pairs with formula B&B and 4 days with the whole family in half board, on both occasions we had a great time and I must say that we also enjoyed the kitchen. Absolutely recommended.

The Eden Hotel is a small pearl in the heart of Levico Terme. From the start it is presented cozy and comfortable, the staff polite and professional. The rooms are clean and spacious, while the restaurant serves truly exquisite dishes of the Trentino tradition. A place highly recommended also for the small but cozy Spa. Five stars!

The staff at the hotel is friendly and obliging. The rooms are clean, a bit small, but tidy and clean. There is a modest pool and a spa with many amenities. The kitchen is great and the food service is well stocked. The hotel is very close to the old town, 2 minutes walk.

Nice and friendly Hotel, treated optimally even though we stayed with a casket. Swimming pool and wellness area small but pleasant, with scented shower, sauna and small jacuzzi.

The hotel has a convention I attended. I could appreciate the elegant and comfortable environment. The buffet that followed was delicious, served by friendly and professional staff.

Very good hotel in center of Levico Terme. Our room was quite big with nice furniture and a big bathroom. The evening menu, part of our demi-pension arrangement, was very, very good. It's advertised as a three star hotel, but I see no difference in the quality of room and service to the most four stars hotels I have been. 15 minutes walking (downhill) to the lake shore, but only steps away from the town center and thermal baths. Finding a parking place require some patience and the Wi-Fi offer could be better.

Fabulous hotel town and lake stayed two night excellent food and accommodation, owner and staff superb. Left car for week at hotel travelled by train to Venice, fabulous journey through mountains, can not understand why this no a 4 or 5 star hotel.

He treated great by lovely people.
