Unprofessional and rude, is probably due to the monopoly at the lake. You won't find anything else to stop there.

A truly relaxing experience! We felt well cared for and nourished by the excellent dinners, and snacks during the day! The waiters are extremely careful to meet every need of the customer. The location is also really lovely, a place which it deserves in any season!

Wonderful place, friendly staff and very elegant. But that price! 4€ a bottle of natural water. Very nice room, with a sitting area and the bedroom area. The sockets are all German (those are the round) but in the reception we were given a reduction. Excellent in all, really. The only flaw is the price a bit too high, otherwise it is absolutely to go there! On the lake there is a trail from the bottom in the winter is full of skiers and to the right of the hotel) have an enclosure with deer, goats etc. Very nice.

After the INAIL to mandate everything for the company but the cheff said no. I said Lazzio you end the contract 3.11. You are not treated well. Close relationship with the company. I've done it. But 3 months after the end of the contract has not been received well nothing a few pennies. Beautiful hotel right on the lake and 2 minutes away from the border. At the Saddler pass you should be careful when you start driving as every direction is only fifteen minutes per hour.

The hotel is in a beautiful and peaceful location, on an alpine lake. The rooms are clean and big, and the food is just great. Lovely breakfast and gorgeous dinner.

The Hotel located directly on the shores of Lake Anterselva recalls The Canadian landscapes. Great for families with kids. There are Also deer and fawns alongside the structure.

The panorama speaks for itself in Antholz. What a beautiful environment and only this lake, wow. Unfortunately, this hotel staff can't keep up with nature. I have rarely experienced that a waiter had no desire to serve the guests. Was it too cold, too warm, too full? incredible.

Great Hotel on the lake side, modern and comfortable. Large Room with lake view. Great Dinner with welcome aperitif and hearty breakfast.

I stopped for an afternoon snack with friends. The view is very picturesque, and the terrace edge of the lake is spectacular. We ordered coffee, beer and cakes. The latter were very beautiful aesthetically but unfortunately came with slices of old for a few days and even with the base soon. We have asked for the replacement that was made without any problems. This has been my experience, I can't judge it at the level of the hotel/restaurant because we don't have a problem.

We have tasted only the sweet. It is worth to go there because there is a beautiful view of the already beautiful lake of Anterselva.

Very nice site for fans to relax, surrounded by large forests for fans of the long walk, treat the hotel staff is very wonderful, cooperative and Bchocan, and rushing to serve the resident of the hotel, buffet breakfast and dinner is very nice, I will definitely visit the place is worth it.

Absolutely rude service!

The hotel is located directly on the Lake Anterselva overlooking the picturesque lake. The hills complete the beautiful sight. You have many possibilities to hike.
We felt very much at home in the hotel. The rooms were very well equipped and smelled wonderful after wood. It was clean and well kept. The room was very large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. There were also lots of counter space for luggage and clothing. To eat there in the evening was a 6 course menu which wish not left open. You could each choose what you wanted to have as a starter, main course and dessert. Because I'm Glutenunverträglich I was very excited that's all dishes for me gluten free or was turned off. Also the breakfast was very good with a great buffet. My friend and I were very pleased with the hotel and will return a sure again there.

Lovely location, and fairytale! Rooms very comfortable though with some oversight. Staff friendly enough.
