Cozy atmosphere and great professionalism. Rooms spacious, clean and with gorgeous views. The spa is spacious, though not very big, and above all bright. Fixed menu but with possibilities of variations and great attention for vegetarians and coeliacs. Beautiful to have breakfast and dine with a view of the mountains.

Location is dreamlike… Hotel in my opinion far more than the three stars. Especially the food is worth 5 stars. Can only recommend it.

Hotels in great location and with ample parking. Just a few minutes to reach Lake Anterselva. It offers restaurant service for customers and I have to say that the restaurant is really great. The staff are very nice. It has spa but I haven't seen it yet.

Lovely landscape, welcoming property, efficient and very prepared staff, great and healthy cuisine, very competitive prices. For a holiday to remember also for families, great welcome for four-legged friends.

We stayed 3 nights with the purpose of practicing ski. The hotel is very convenient for both public transport and some runs the staff are really friendly and helpful!

The spa and dinner were very satisfying. But what a disappointment about the rooms! Very basic and living, the bathroom smelled bad and was in bad shape. For the price we paid the service was bad, we are very disappointed, it's a pity.

Perfect place, quiet, clean and very friendly personnel. Restaurant meals are amazing, so delicious local cuisine: they give you every day different menu (not to choose), there three dishes to be served beside a Swedish table. After a mountain walk it’s great to warm up in the sauna and then jump into jacuzzi!

I would like info… and have. Information from 67 euros per day… and to sleep and where you are. Exactmemte…

Hotel cared for in every detail, very close to the bottom track. Friendly staff and superb kitchen! Congratulations to the chef! I hope to return as soon as possible, I recommend it!

It's a nice place here. Quiet, but also good for a family with the children.

It was a good find, very interesting history of the bathroom and the water. Hospitality, professionalism, excellent food, cleanliness and the wonderful wellness area … I really liked it.

This I love it all: the rooms, location, hospitality, organization, but especially the kitchen: Tyrolean cuisine with particular attention to Italian flavors.
Only the Spa lacks facilities and staffing.

Pessimo valore per il prezzo pagato, bassissimo rapporto qualità prezzo, pubblicità ingannevole e SQUALLORE.
Avevo scelto un po' in fretta la struttura su booking per la posizione e perché su booking si vantava la presenza del PARQUET in tutte le stanze.
Già entrando il senso di SQUALLORE che accoglie nell'ingresso e nel bar sulla destra, desolato, vecchio e triste come il salotto anni 50 di certi appartamenti ammobiliati a poco prezzo, ci ha messo in allarme.
La stanza. Al II piano. Era squallida, spoglia, con un laminato di PLASTICA al posto del parquet sul pavimento e con mobili vecchi e malmessi. La mail della prenotazione prometteva un bagno con DOCCIA ma il bagno era un buco cieco e senza aspirazione, con una VASCA MACCHIATA al posto della doccia promessa, vecchie piastrelline anni 50 con brutti decori alle pareti e piastrelline marrone sbucciate e opache sul pavimento, crepe mascherate alla bell'e meglio con vernice bianca.
Nella vasca c'era una doccetta ma l'attacco era all'altezza delle ginocchia. Nessuna possibilità di fare una doccia in piedi. Non era possibile cancellare perché ci avrebbero preso l'intero importo della prenotazione.
La colazione era di qualità da modesta a cattiva (persino semi oleosi rancidi nei panini integrali, con gravi rischi per la salute).
