Residence with a great location just a few steps from the centre, with the majority of rooms with view on the pale di San Martino, clean, orderly, beautiful apartments, spacious and with a big terrace, ample parking and a wellness centre with indoor pool, in addition to the change of bed linen, bath and tea towels also the half of the week, all. Including. In the price the final cleaning, the staff friendly and helpful highly recommended to spend a nice week in the mountains.

I stayed with my family. Great value for money. Clean residence, spacious living area, spacious kitchen and well stocked with tablecloths. Very nice wellness area. Only the pool water is a little cold at least for me.

Really nice first thing the location near the center. APPENA arrived we find a large parking lot that allows us to find place even in the week of August. As for the residence the impact is very positive from the outside it looks very good, once you enter there is an elegant reception room with "view" on the indoor pool. We stayed in a 3rd floor apartment with spectacular views of the mountains (the Castrozza shovels) thanks to a huge balcony. Fine dining apartment with large furniture small dining room with bunk beds and small room with double bed but I really enjoyed having privileged the dining room. TV lcd with all digital channels. I still haven't got to see the sauna and the gym but this residence is absolutely promoted.

Great location close to the city center, 200m from ski bus stop. The swimming pool and saunas are free for residence guests. There is free parking place outside but therevis a possibility to rent a place in the underground garage.

Kindness Cleaning tranquility. Great location-almost downtown. Great for families.

Comfortable atmosphere in the center of San Martino di Castrozza, spotless rooms furnished with Tyrolean taste.
Great breakfasts and very nice and helpful owners.

I recommend to stay, great view from the window to the mountain Rozeta.

I spent a week very pleasant, comfortable apartment, impeccable views on the Pale, very CLEAN, staff very pleasant and helpful. We were really good for me and my family. Thank you for everything.

Excellent Residence, comfortable in the center, at 500 meters from the ski lift. Comfortable and spacious Rooms with great views!
