We stayed at this property 6 nights and were pampered from start to finish. Special mention to chef Tiziano for his cuisine, which at breakfast, snack and dinner has always remained impeccable, service offered by very kind and helpful waitresses. Since we are passionate about trekking, a special thanks goes to the patience of Luigi (owner), always ready to provide us with itineraries and excellent advice for always different excursions that made us fall in love with the territory. Definitely!

I recommend trying it. Very professional, friendly and caring. All services from the restaurant, spa, guided tours are great.

The staff is professional and at the same time a close-knit group that knows how to involve you without ever being intrusive.

The good spots of this hotel are many. And a top-notch hotel with top-notch staff. And friendliness.

On March 7th we were my wife and I one day for her birthday. We had a great time. Hotel with relaxing spa, great and plentiful food, but the surprise was in the Evening with candle light table, rose and greeting card from the hotel staff attentive to its clientele. Let's say that the Trentino experience is in itself consolidated so the fantastic food was not a surprise. Wellness Center with everything you need (swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, tanning, relax, hydro, emotional shower etc…). For the slopes (San Martino or Rolle) I suggest the car.

Found on the Internet by chance… Found a treasure… A hotel in a perfect place a few steps from nature and two steps (literal) from the center of the country. Great FOOD Breakfast with so much sweet and salty variety… Sweet snack at 16 with chocolate fountain… Cakes, pastries, muffins, pancakes… All homemade! Dinner in an elegant restaurant with silver cutlery… Underplates… Candlestick in silver. But at the same time abundant and with a varied menu! Spacious, clean ROOMS with a nice terrace (those on the 1st floor) that from the creek and the mountains… But with the small bathroom and the furniture a bit outdated. WELLNESS CENTER Large and open practically all day from 10 to 20 with access also to children until 17. ENTERTAINMENT that organizes every day excursions to visit the area.
So we will definitely return!

Nice hotel and convenient to get there great service in the restaurant for everything else I expect a little more from a 4 star from over €200 to a day just to mention just a couple of negative notes. We took a suite and radiator in the bathroom which does not work and noisy air conditioning system and that issued a whistle all night. Surely we will never return.

The menu includes both traditional and vegetarian dishes, well done, with the right doses.
Welcoming Wellness centre, with the possibility of reserving it for a special evening of couple.
Comfortable and spacious room.
Unfortunately I did not give 5 stars for 3 reasons: 1 — The bathroom fixtures are very high you remain on tiptoe and I'm pretty high (1, 80 m) ; 2 — The double single mattress of the double bed had the edges that made you feel a lot; 3 — The bathroom lacks a towel dryer to dry the bathrobes when you go up from the spa, the next day they were still soaked and bothered to put them on.
In any case our judgement remains very positive.

Very nice staff everything impeccable from food, to cleanliness. Thanks to the animators we spent beautiful days all at the top, by the way great location.

As I write the review I am still a guest of this gorgeous hotel.
If I also wanted to commit to finding a flaw… I couldn't do it… it doesn't have any!
Spacious and spotless rooms, beautiful swimming pool, spa and relaxation area cared for and truly relaxing, spectacular cuisine… the chef is really great.
Having said that a particular comment goes to all the staff, really kind and nice people and ready to meet every request. From the staff to the floors, reception and lounge, really exquisite people!
The beautiful thing is that you really breathe a lot of serenity.
A special thanks also to Saul who organizes outings and evenings so as never to get bored.

We were in this hotel from 28 December to 2 January, accustomed to spend the new year in the heat we left very skeptical about the type of holiday… Unexpectedly beautiful Holiday! The staff is nice over the top, the food exceptional including the snack, clean hotel and with a beautiful spa, not to mention the surroundings close to everything and fair of Primiero is a gem, we are accustomed to change the goal every time but this time I am told… We will return!

To Spend regularly at the Hotel Mirabello di Fiera holiday periods has become a "tradition" of the family. The pleasure of the stay is now usual… A staff that makes you feel at home friendly, attentive and professional but never intrusive. In my opinion the "strong piece" is the kitchen of the chef Tiziano who allow the term "splits"… From appetizers to the riot of sweets. Generous and sought after. See you soon!

We stayed at Christmas for two nights and I have to say we were from God! Staff very friendly and helpful, food very good and well cared for in the dish, also there is the buffet both as a snack and also for dinner (as side dishes) before you have the plates sorted. Very comfortable and clean Room. The Spa is very nice although here is a small flaw: the water of both the pool and the jacuzzi is a little too cold but in the compensation everything is clean. There was also the animation staff which made us have a lot of fun besides the support on the planned excursions. However overall do a 9… Good and keep it up.

A stay of only one night but very pleasant, on occasion of a recurrence. Very clean and comfortable Center Wellness has fully satisfied us and we spent in nice relaxing afternoon. In the evening at dinner an unexpected and pleasant present for the anniversary that we were celebrating. We love the country and it is not the first time we go there.
To recommend and return, maybe in the high season.

Fantastic hotel, exceptional service.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel from 8 to 10 January 2017, by purchasing a Groupon voucher, and it was an experience truly wonderful. It's the first time for us that we are in the middle of winter in a wellness center. As I said to the owner when we were leaving, I don't know what there is in this hotel not to go, because there is nothing. All the rooms are very nice, furnished with elegance, you feel the warmth of a mountain environment. The rooms are spacious and are not certain of the holes as often happens, and there is everything you need. Even the spa is truly exceptional. From the pool to the jacuzzi, the sauna, the Turkish bath, all clean, with dim lights, soft music continues, but is delicate and there is just fine, you relax even more if there was ever the need. The relaxation area, I would say that is the top, just a flower in the crown of this hotel, with various types of sun beds, hammock, water and lift, what a wonder! Water, herbal teas and dried fruit are always available to customers. We talk about food? oh yes, let's talk about food… because everything is very good, with plenty of vegetables buffet. Food cooked in a superlative, not to mention the afternoon snack is always included in the price… and call it a snack… there is every gift of god, pastries with cream and buckets of every type, cakes, fountain, hot chocolate, and then hot drinks of every kind, and even more. Never seen anything like it.

Beautiful. Comfortable rooms with beautiful view, wellness centre and is very functional, and the food and the top most is not missing the courtesy of all good animator.

Great renovation of the spa area after our last stay. As the time previous good restaurant, the staff always available. It would be advisable to have a renewal also of the rooms. Overall a place to return to for sure.

A good hotel. We come willingly and we feel to recommend. There are a lot of children, but also of the good spaces and good entertainment for children but also for adults. It is good to eat. Breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, remarkable. The wellness centre is clean and renovated. Some of the rooms are a little retro, but always clean and comfortable. The suites are very beautiful.

And was our first experience in the mountains … from the advertising we were expecting a lot more from the hotel … the rooms are a little sore, go to the, 422 the knobs of the cabinet came to each opening.!. The wellness area is excellent, aside from the parents who failed to comply with a regulation to keep the children in the swimming pool until 17, their there still remained up to the 19. I recommend it more to families with children. The kitchen great too!. (the desserts there are always morning, afternoon, evening! ). Anyway, at equal price … or maybe because we went in high season. However for the trips, there are managed by their own. And was an experience bellissimaaa, wauuu the mountains give a lot of satisfaction, really … we bought the map from the hotel. ) With the animator we went only one day… also because you had to respect the hours of lunch. And then the majority of the trips were to be paid for! Anyway, it was a beautiful experience ;) we will return maybe in the low season ')

Hello, we just found okay! Could that be so given that we were already at other times at the Mirabello, but this time, we have to admit that it is ultriormente improved, all very friendly, the service impeccable, we felt pampered, congratulations! Sergio and Luisa De Zanetti.

We stayed in this hotel 5 days at the beginning of August. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff and the owner has personally accompanied to our floor showing us all the times of breakfast/lunch/snack/dinner which, however, are comfortably hanging in the elevator. Our room, of the type more small, was spotlessly clean, with a balcony directly overlooking the river (the noise of the water is not perceived with the window closed). On the ground floor there is a bar area where we serve breakfast (excellent yoghurt and home-made desserts) and afternoon snacks, and a dining room where meals are served. Food is great, the dishes different every day, plenty of choice, including light meals and the all digeribilissimo! In the hall we found a summary of the excursions of the week, every morning, in fact, there are different trips! Have completed our relaxing holiday the spa (for adults only), swimming pool with jacuzzi (that would be reserved for adults after 17.00 – rule is not always respected, but it is a lack of parents) and the possibility to perform splendid massages (the girls are very kind and well-versed). I conclude with a compliment to all the staff for the kindness and care that we have reserved!

Friendly Hotel, room very nice and always available. It offers a large spa with heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation room… just to relax after months of work! We can't wait to go back!

It was our first holiday at this Hotel: GLORIOUS DAYS which we will always remember with pleasure! Really comfortable hotel with many amenities, great food and entertainment with many ideas, in the Centre of fiera di Primiero so literally a stone's throw from the Centre, great recommended for those who want to spend a nice relaxing holiday.

The hotel is located in a convenient place to find and for departures for ski areas nearby and various walks. The kitchen has 5 stars, the service also … the rooms are a bit dated but clean.

I have been here a few days ago … the hotel is not a 4 star … the rooms are very old and the bathroom very small. Definitely could use a good maintenance. The Spa … not much … There is a lot to learn from Austrian saunas … for example since you sweat you expect to have a water dispenser service essential! … and then the towels … How do you do the saunas without a towel.?. Fortunately I brought from home. Usually those who propose these services is atrezzatissimo … The saunas are catered for. You have to go every so often to get their essences … need a jet of cold water … I recommend going to see how to do the saunas in Austria!.! For the rest I will say that we ate well. Great desserts … Despite the room below expectations is quiet and warm. Optimal position. Too bad … for the 4 star hotel you expect much more!

Prior experience at this hotel, beautiful, staff very knowledgable and courteous, maître Massimo she fussed with her menu, the animation run by Magdy007 welcomed us and made us spend beautiful days with interesting tours, Wellness and Spa area, although happy with the relaxation was sometimes interrupted by the presence of numerous children, fabulous food very comfortable hotel in great location, wonderful surprise the afternoon snack. Good value for money!. Thanks for letting us spend a good new year.

Very old and neglected, the outside looks fancy but the rooms are furnished with worn, old fixtures, repainting walls, hideous wardrobes with folding clasp of at least 40 years ago, chipped tiles in the bathroom: not worth 4 stars and its price, it would all be restored. Even cleaning the room left a lot to be desired, there was dust everywhere. The only thing that works is the restaurant, I ate well, compliments to the cooks. If you claim a real 4 stars, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I just got back from a four-day stay at this hotel and everything was great.
We chose the package that included a massage room, a drink, an entrance to the spa at night just for us and a candlelit dinner.
In addition we had, unknowingly, a dinner in a hut.
It was all very positive, we were pampered. The food was great and the staff were very nice.
