Very nice hotel in appearance, yummy location, but how can a 4-star hotel not have air conditioning? A fridge in the room? It takes functionality in things, not just beauty. Not to mention a strange smell in the room and the bathroom without a working fan… dulcis in fundo breakfast. Very bad despite the very courteous staff.

No air conditioning no fans in the room no fridge in the room no one who helps you unload your suitcases when you arrive. Kind staff at reception and breakfasts. If there is heat to merano the room is unlivable. Know that!

Unfortunately there was little love included, no matter if you look at the rooms or the breakfast.

The all-round comfortable package. Great rooms with high ceilings. Very well maintained bathrooms, strong Wi-Fi. Rich breakfast parking behind the house and 24h reception. So just everything you can expect from a city hotel.

Really nice and charming hotel. Close to the center. Big rooms, wonderful jacuzzi styled tub and well heated in the winter. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Recommend!

Bell Hotel, but missing the bidet in the room and also, you pay parking at the modest expense of € eighteen per night.

Beautiful Hotel, warm welcome, kindness and availability to the top. The rooms are well cared for in every detail, enveloping atmosphere that brings you back nicely to’ 800, and is how to remain “suspended in time” for a unique stay. The breakfast room has tables decorated with good taste. Abundant and varied is the department of sweet to salty, and the staff (adorable! ) strives for maximum customer satisfaction. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, all in all, the Hotel reigns the silence and tranquility. I highly recommend to spend a holiday in the enchanting Merano, by staying a little far from the town centre, the Christmas markets, an occasion not to miss!

The place is beautiful and evocative to me from the idea that in times past this was a hotel Very luxurious, however, he would need a modernisation, the waiters kind and helpful, the breakfast is very friendly and helpful, location excellent if you do not book the parking we have a free parking lot at the station just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Excellent hospitality and cleanliness. Breakfast plentiful, staff very friendly and helpful. I liked it very much.

We booked 2 nights at a total price of 432€. With the booking, unfortunately we were assigned Room 121 literally once a room is with attached bathroom built at the end of the corridor of the floor. Hallucinating… to provide light, there is a stained-glass window fixed fortunately high. It is not acceptable to offer promotions that are providing a product bad.

If you don't need newfangled frills, such as a microwave, refrigerator, minibar and coffee machine in your room, you need them in a hotel from the 19. It wants to live here with insanely nice staff and ingenious breakfasts, which must be done here. Ideal location to downtown Merans, the best service, with hotel bar and parking. An absolute recommendation for those whose claims have not departed.

An old-style hotel. If you are a guest here, you will feel back to a previous time. This starts with the style of the rooms and stops in the restaurant with rustic cutlery and plates. But that's part of the program. Simply quaint. The rooms are a bit old, but not decompleted. The service is good. Culinary could be given a little more effort. For those who want to stay rustic, the hotel is recommended.

Elegant hotel in a XIX century structure of large Room, huge bathroom (almost distracting), excellent Location for hospital and gardens, Forst a few minutes drive from the centre.

Lack of facilities in the room and at the hotel. Only 1 bottle of water left for 2 adults, safe not working, shower fell off the wall. No information in the room about local area, too hot with no fan or air conditioning. Good location though.

Hotel maintains the elegance and the Austrian splendour intact. Rooms and bathroom huge and well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Hotel in the central area, very close to the beautiful River Walk through Merano. It is not equipped with garage/parking and this could be a problem as it is not easy to find parking in Merano.

All right. In 10 minutes you will reach the centre by foot. Private parking not very cheap but in the area you will find free. Average breakfast and clean rooms.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, great breakfasts both sweet and savory, with strudel, cakes, and any kind of drink. Staff always helpful. If it were possible I would stay again every weekend.

To visit the Christmas markets, my wife and I have stayed only one night. It was worth the effort. Beautiful hotel in the style of "retro", but still with the charm of those times… recommended. Convenient to downtown (less than 10 minutes walk) and in a quiet, not disturbed by traffic or noise. Nice and friendly staff. The room was very good, the rooms comfortable, warm and spacious. Fantastic sitting area in the room, you have to try. If we return to Meran stayed again in this hotel.

Nice old hotel in Meran. Just a 5 minutes walk away from the city with around 90 rooms. Well maintained interiors keep the flair of the old times. Good prices, breakfast buffet is very good, bar has a great Limoncello as well as local wines.

Very nice hotel, the only thing we were missing, vegetables for breakfast.

The hotel was already well served with 3 stars. But a very nice building.
