A wonderful hotel in every aspect… the first thing that strikes you besides the beauty is the care of the hygiene of the rooms, the dining room, a swimming pool and all public areas. The owners and all the staff working in this hotel is characterized by professionalism and availability, also for the human aspect and the sensitivity with which you take care of the guests. Kitchen super with delicious dishes (both the eye and the palate! ). It is already the second year that stay here and will definitely come back next year! Highly RECOMMENDED!

A dream structure a unique welcome in all a hearty grazue to all the staff especially in Delia. Everything is perfect from the kitchen to the spa. Not to mention the room with stunning views of the Dolomites. Thank you all I will carry you in my heart and hope to see you again.

Beautiful experience that combined a beautiful environment, yummy cuisine topping with exceptional hospitality and kindness. They are not only beautiful words but truths, I do not like the environments too cast and formal the European hotel and a right mix between professionalism and familiarity.

I've been there several times. Hotel renovated recently and very nice. The spa though not huge is well cared for and clean in manic manners. The rooms are nice and welcoming. The kitchen is level… Great! The staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Perhaps one of the most delightful ski town hotels I have ever stayed in… The rooms are spacious, granted we had a suite, and the staff are like a small family, In fact, the hotel is completely run by the family members, who are omnipresent, and the chef is highly sought after. Consequently, the dining experience which is part of the package, is second to none. That is saying a lot in Italy. There is an amazing spa which is the centerpiece of the hotel experience, as well as indoor pool/jacuzzi in addition. The ski room even has dryers for your boots and a cordial driver that takes you and equipment to the gondola location. I cannot say enough about the experience other than the fact that I will come back next year, perhaps for spring skiing in Bella Italia! bravo tutti.

My rating only concerns the bar, the ice creams are great, special and well assorted, maybe a little too expensive.

The Room is very comfortable Very spacious bathroom with nice and functional furnishings. The excellent cuisine for the menus, the quality and the freshness of the products. Staff The unexceptionable Service. The Relax area very cared for. Very Close to the centre, 10 minutes walk to the cable car.
I will recommend it to friends with the certainty of making a good impression.

Europeo is beautifully located in the heart of Pinzolo offering breath taking views and walks surrounding this luxurious stay. The service is absolutely clean and friendly not much more to ask for!
'Thea' the Labrador, she is so beautiful with a lovely greetings from her that just makes you smile before even checking in! The room we stayed in was really beautiful, me and my wife especially enjoyed sitting outside on our balcony terrace morning or evenings taking in pinzolo's grandeur mountain views! Breakfast was lovely with healthy options to start your day off full of energy!
Me my wife and my Mother/father in-law was spectacularly impressed wth the evening dinner. Every dish that came to our table was buona buona buona!
Hats of to the dinner chef also the desert chef! Apart from being spoilt with food and rest at this gorgeous hotel there's so much more it offers!

Recently renovated Hotel, the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. The SPA features a swimming pool with warm water, different types of sauna. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We would stay again tomorrow if I could!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in these first days of September. We wish to express our appreciation for the professionalism and friendliness of the Lady Gaia, and all the dining Room staff and the Wellness area. Area beautiful. Excellent cuisine with menu very well kept and desserts very good. I highly recommend to spend a vacation of a few days in full relaxation. Tiziano.

The best hotel in Italy! Great food, great service. The rooms are pristine and spacious! In gorgeous setting of the Dolomite Mountains — it doesn't get much better!
