Nice experience, nice place.

We were in this chalet for a short holiday, as long as we didn't know Pinzolo.
Booked at the last minute… choices don't always live up to expectations… Here it is.
Friendly and attentive staff… Clean room with wonderful views!
Great food and… surprise August dinner.
All delicious and to finish a chantilly cream cake … Very good!

We loved everything, first of all Marco's fantastic welcome and his availability, the rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast very good (Marco's cappuccino is outstanding) the staff always very attentive, smiling and nice, the location is comfortable and with a great view. There is everything and even more. We were fully satisfied and highly recommend it, we will definitely be back. They made our holiday even more beautiful. Thank you Chalet snowflake!

Great value for money, good distance from the center, with the possibility to take the train right in front of the property. Great food, healthy, varied and plentiful. The staff were very nice and friendly. Available hot tub, sauna and steam room, all included in the price. Also available bikes to be free to ride in the village. Our room is not very large, but absolutely adequate to the type of holiday and provided with any comfort. Absolutely advice.

We were guests of the hotel from 17 to 24 March 2018. A nice group of 25 people.
Everything was perfect, impeccable service, excellent cuisine and also the rooms very clean and well cared for. The staff is very friendly and professional and helpful. Can't not review with the highest score. Will definitely come back at the property.

Just returned from the white week in these wonderful scenarios, everywhere we found friendliness and sympathy.
But at the chalet they exaggerated… they're great!
Marco and Matteo are very professional and nice, all well taken care of from furniture to the kitchen, from cleanliness to entertainment.

We are back from 1 day and nostalgia has already arrived. Friendly and informal Hotel. Everything a family with a small child expects from a holiday on the snow. Tranquillity, excellent and quality food, closeness from the ski lifts of one of the most important ski areas of the Dolomites but above all cordiality, friendliness of the management of Marco, his family and his staff. Jonathan Lucia and the little Leonardo.

Located on the border between Pinzolo and Capaddyo but very close to the cable car of the Dos which leads to the ski slopes.

Marco's great welcome, as brilliant as ever. Nice structure that is constantly improved year after year.

Hotel suitable for the whole family, sympathy, friendliness and availability are of home to the snowflake, whirlpool and sauna for the largest and playroom for children.
TOP Kitchen! I highly recommend.

I have not been there personally but my son with the team will. The hospitality was very appreciated.

Small, relatively clean, but not good food.

Came here on a school ski trip. Really got on with the accommodating staff, had a very fun karaoke night and when we made a bit of a mess in the hotel it was absolutely no problems with the owner. Would recommend to any and all!

Great however rooms are a bit dated and Wi-Fi is on the slow side.

Marco's great attention to the needs of the guests. Much care in the kitchen.
