One of the most welcoming, professional, clean and organized hotel I have ever visited. The staff is exceptionally gentle and food is above expectations. Located in the center and in front of the park is optimal for family with children. Additionally the spa is a little heaven where you can relax after a long walk.
Absolutely recommended with a grade of 10 out of 10! Albergo eccellente! Un servizio impeccabile come pochi. Stanze spaziose e pulitissime. Cibo superbo e staff di una cortesia difficile da trovare. Il direttore e la sua famiglia, tutti I ragazzi del servizio (specialmente Davide di una grazia ed educazione indimenticabili), sono stati meravigliosi. I servizi sono perfetti specialmente la spa.

Beautiful hotel in quiet area but very central. The environments and rooms furnished with taste. Breakfast buffet with a wide choice of large and bright room. Kitchen discreet. The room was spacious, with a balcony, well-equipped and clean with care. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Nice hotel in the center of Madonna di Campiglio, great for those who want to ski, but also for those who want to exploit the proximity to the center of the country for shopping.

We stayed from February 24th to March 03 and enjoyed it very much, and the maitre sig. Ignazio very professional and sympathetic.
We were treated really well and regarding the service at the tables fast and accurate.
The cleanliness of the room very good twice a day.
Breakfast really excellent in variety and quality of the proposals.
The spa area was very small Overall recommended.

Structure of remarkable character permeated by an ancient elegance that does not show itself, but it shows discreetly in numerous small attentions.

Convenient location next to the main lift to the longest blue track, as well as crossings to other tracks.

The hotel is very good placed in the middle of the city, where the shop area start. The room's are very clean and well organized, and the view from the room is superb. The hotel has a small spa place that has massage and sauna which is handy after a day of skiing or hiking.

Perfect location, comfortable large rooms and great staff. Needs a major refurbishment and a complete revamp of the food.

Super helpful and friendly staff, central strategic location, amazing breakfast is very plentiful, kept and varied dinner, clean and comfortable rooms, nice Spa, very pleasant old fashion atmosphere. Recommended. We will return.

Hotel with clean rooms welcoming staff great and discreet. Small but great spa. Breakfast plentiful and good! I'm not talking about lunches and dinners! Probably the structure that closed X end of the season with our permanence has trimmed us all crafty.

It is a nice hotel in the center of Madonna di Campiglio with spacious, quiet and very clean rooms.
The restaurant offers a very appealing cuisine with traditional local dishes and not only.
There is also a large wellness centre where you can enjoy a pleasant relax after the various sports activities on site.
The staff, from the reception to the kitchen and the room and very professional and accommodating.
In conclusion It is a hotel for a pleasant holiday.

Friendly service and location in the heart of Campiglio. Great solution for those who want to spend a holiday in complete relaxation. The structure could be modernized. Good kitchen also for full board formula.

Here I am at home after spending a wonderful new Year from you! I wanted to return after the summer experience and I found it with pleasure friendly and professional staff. The cuisine is excellent for the refinement, the delicacy and the presentation of the dishes: a greeting to the director Mr. Ballard charismatic person, always with the joke ready and attentive to meet the needs of the customers.

Old to be upgraded. Doors, Windows & shutters anti saving. The carpet in the dining room. Mediocre food at dinner over at a mountain retreat to a restaurant 4 stars. The morning cappuccino with coffee and powdered milk (and we are in the mountains) self service machines. Juices made with Canadians (too few bottles of real cheap Apple juice in trentino are not lacking? ). Last but not least, damages borne of my white car 2 years of life. We do not have parking on arrival ask me the keys in order to move out of necessity. The second day I notice a damage to the paint of the rear bumper. After viewing the same owner has denied any responsibility.
Also later, unaware of being listened to, he even commented on his return to reception ' they try to being smart. That smart are that I paid in advance, which I trust to give you the keys to my car and I didn't want to make too many messes for the damage? Smart you are.

Very friendly staff. Service and food five stars. Wellness is s bit small but lovely. Center of town and a great hotel bar. Life is good!

Very good Hotel in the Centre of Madonna di Campiglio, convenient for both shopping and close to the ski slopes. Rooms are large, comfortable and spotlessly clean, not modern. The kitchen is quality with a great buffet of sweets. The Bar area is animated and lively, I would recommend the spritz.

Great location and fantastic staff always available to meet your needs. Great food! And all at 30 metres from the ski lifts.
Thanks to Ab, Riccardo, Aurora and Lolo, our Lovebird; that has brought forth a smile at all shoulder shoulder fluttering in the reception.
