The maximum of courtesy and availability… a family friendly.

Beautiful place to stay, looking over to the Dolomites from pool side. Very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with literally the best coffee! Would definitely stay again.

We were a week in the well-equipped self-catering house. It is located 2 km. Before the village of maranza / meransen is located in a very quiet and with a fantastic view. The rooms are all equipped with shower and toilet and a television. There are plenty of common spaces to eat and Drink. A well-equipped kitchen and a Bar with professional coffee machine for Espresso, Cappuccino, etc. Complete the offer. There is a Sauna and a steam room.

Great breakfast and dinner with fresh products cooked thoroughly. Well-tended and varied wellness area. The Bio sauna is excellent.
Very nice Staff from the owner who gave us the free Almencard Plus for the use of the ski lifts.

We stayed a week at the pension of Christian and his family. We felt like at home: very good and varied breakfasts and dinners, perfect location for a hiking holiday and finally the sauna area was very welcoming and relaxing. Absolutely recommended!

Anyone who books here can't go wrong. Absolutely clean rooms, a super spa, loving and delicious dinner where everyone gets full. The location is perfect, you can come to the village for free with different cable cars. On the mountain. And the tips you get from boss Christian on how to shape your day are priceless. Dear greetings to the whole team:)

Excellent family hospitality on the highest permanently inhabited settlement in Austria at 2044 m below the Wildspitze.

Just arrived, the hosts present introduced themselves. Immediately we got into the conversation and learned the first information. Already at and then after the 1st dinner you could get rid of all your questions. The friendliness and responsiveness did not diminish even during the entire stay. What was promised was also promptly delivered. Special requests have been fulfilled. Surely it was beneficial for both sides that communication was made before the stay.

The hotel is beautifully located. The rooms are very clean.
The staff is very good and always very friendly. The food is also very good.

Very great and friendly Hosts and beautiful Hotel. Excellent Breakfast and Dinner! We felt very comfortable for the three Days and are happy to come back! Ideal as a starting Point for Hiking.

Rooms were very modern, absolutely clean.

Very friendly and helpful! Very good and abundant Breakfast. This Wonderful View! The ski slope (Sasslong B) is reached in a few minutes by foot. Also the way back from the track to the house is easy to reach.

Super value for money. Well-kept rooms. Very friendly hosts. Even with baby only recommended. We like to come back.

It's just heavenly here… Nice people and a lot of rest!

The structure is new and recently renovated. It is located at the beginning of a quiet country, in a strategic position between Bruneck, Brixen and Fortezza. The apartment is sufficiently space for a family with 4 people, clean and comfortable. It is not easy to find and little served by public transport, but the GPS helps and the view from the terrace justifies the road. Recommended for those who want to get out of the most beaten tourist circuits and relax in nature.

Good value for money, rooms spotless and spacious, the only problem the menu without choice, but with the possibility of change and the seconds very repetitive.
