Excellent family hospitality on the highest permanently inhabited settlement in Austria at 2044 m below the Wildspitze.

Just arrived, the hosts present introduced themselves. Immediately we got into the conversation and learned the first information. Already at and then after the 1st dinner you could get rid of all your questions. The friendliness and responsiveness did not diminish even during the entire stay. What was promised was also promptly delivered. Special requests have been fulfilled. Surely it was beneficial for both sides that communication was made before the stay. It was noticeable that this is a family business, where everyone pulls together, for the benefit of the guests. We felt at home. Accordingly, the adoption was also not taken. We will come back.

Already the arrival is a feast. So we like to celebrate all week long.

We have just returned from our motorcycle weekend in the Ötztal. We are so-called "repeat offenders": since we liked our first visit so much, we were now visiting for the second time with a motorcycle group in the Geierwallihof. Praise for the hosts, for the kitchen, nothing to complain about. We'll be back! Thank you!

Unfortunately, very disappointed. Room unclean, the mattresses came, each individual spiral out, according to the complaint, 2 duvets, get over it. Food was mediocre. Prices are overpriced for so remote. Breakfast on the day of arrival (despite booking) was calculated (just paid for a double, the Argument: they wanted to arrive only in the evening). Due to a Skiunfalls we had to leave to tend to ZERO. The billing of receipts (rooms, drinks, etc), with the request that it be a proper invoice for the booking excl. Of eating, came about as a response: we have not, but can write like a Bon in a beautiful font. Conclusion: Anyone that NOTHING is usual, is here surely find it all good. Otherwise, we recommend at a lower price, Hotels in the small town with all the trimmings, what is offered here. To the mother of all here are very set up friendly and the old host goes from table to table, and sayings vibrates life over sex… if you like it… For us, we see not again… Geierwallihof, vulture hits it very well, so greedy and cruel.
