Great care in the animation for children, but also proposals also suitable for those who do not have children. Very good food. Great availability on the part of the staff.

A perfect family holiday! Hotel with helpful and engaging staff but never intrusive. Cleaning of rooms and shared spaces with attention to detail and restaurant service that satisfies both those who want to grant the pleasures of the table and those who do not want to give up healthy dishes. But the highlight is really the animation team with Magda, Alessandro and all the guys who from morning to night make you spend a holiday where everything is organized to make the customer feel comfortable, from the smallest to the greatest. Every day there are excursions to three levels of difficulty, mini clubs and junior clubs with stimulating and fun activities and in the evening magic shows, cabaret or cinema. Very well cared for the spa, completely new … really a haven of peace … Congratulations to all the staff… keep it up!

I stayed with my family for a week. Arriving at the hotel at 12 o'clock (after a 12-hour trip) we waited an hour and a half for the room and after seeing it, we realized that it was not like that seen in the photo being booked. Spotted and pierced carpet, dilapidated furniture and dust scattered here and there. Later we went to the director of the property who reassured us that he knew the condition of the room and that the restoration work would soon take place and that he would probably provide us with another room. This didn't happen!

As for food, quality is not discussed but on variety and quantity yes… weam remained once without eating snack because it was all over after 15min and weam remained several times at dinner without sweets (buffet really squeezed) and the fruit always the same (apple, watermelon and grapes),. Rare were the typical Trentino dishes and therefore of the place.
On the staff, nothing to say… All really helpful and courteous, ready to come in against the needs of customers.
I conclude by saying only that it should improve the professionalism and availability of management in listening to customers who do not ask for discount but pay what is asked.

For the second year in a row we stayed at this hotel, I assume that overall the hotel quality price is good as long as you book very early with the discount book first, otherwise the price starts to be online like others in the area… The rooms, in our case a Junior suite are nice but small, not functional, for example they lack hooks for towels, which must be taken inside the bathroom or left above the Window… Like the bathrobe you don't know where to leave it… The sink is too small for the available space on the floor… The bed is too stiff for me that I'm light…
Breakfast is quite stocked though monotonous… The afternoon snack is not bad, pizza, biscuits, sandwiches, etc. As well as any tarts or sweets in the morning and a couple of herbal teas, missing a can of variety on days however okay…
What this year did not convince us was dinner, in 10 days of stay a few times really I was impressed by the dishes, while last year every evening was really a pleasure, this year something is missing, the buffet of sweets almost always the same, and little tasty, cream everywhere, even inside the puffwithwith on top of the chocolate inside there is cream! I'm not saying you eat badly with that, but compared to last year I noticed some diversity… Unfortunately as always the pool is undersized for the hotel, although not small, the animation for children as well as activities for young and old is very good and this is not cheap.

What about it? Finding a flaw in this hotel is really difficult. Located in a quiet but at the same time convenient resort to reach in a few minutes' drive to the main resorts of the Val di Fiemme and the Val di Fassa. Clean and tidy and at the same time colorful and lively. 5-star kitchen, very efficient room service. Courteous and efficient staff. Great program of animation and excursions. Facilities from large hotel and atmosphere of home, a perfect combination. To improve only the dinner service with the entertainers for children. The place intended for them is small and the menu is not varied. I would recommend to place a more spacious environment and close to the restaurant so that they can also access the buffet of appetizers. Highly recommended.

I am here this week with my family, I have 3 children of different age groups and I can say that the place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery with a nice playground. Beautiful suite and all the hotel clean and well looked after. The staff is extraordinary from Alberto and Alessandro very nice, who are excellent guides for excursions, to Magda and Francesco and all the staff of the mini club that in addition to animating and entertaining children (my youngest loves baby dance), they lead the excursions of the families with younger children, always being available for every need. My older children then had so much fun in the tent night organized by the staff. What about the spa. Thank you to the girls for the pleasant 'treatment' and entertainment (Deborah wishes). The cuisine is great and plentiful, the waiters are very nice and the metre Vincenzo always welcomes you with joy. I recommend it to those like me to children and want a holiday without thoughts but full of many experiences and beautiful places to visit. Thank you all at the Shandranj hotel.

Always available, courteous. You eat divinely, you sleep by God, the rooms are spectacular and clean, … and Evelyn but all the staff always at the top! A round of applause for the legendary Vincenzo!

We are here on the occasion of a photographic workshop, the hotel is part organizational, they even open for us because they are finishing a renovation. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is available for any possible need. Fabulous rooms, great breakfast and great general Organization for all the activities we need to participate in. I recommend you come to this hotel because it is really worth it.

Beautiful place immersed in the Green mountains of Val di Fiemme. Staff very friendly. It offers a lot of different tours every day; Snowshoeing in the snow, fat bike rides, cross country skiing etc for the winter (I know these because we have been there in the winter time, but there are excursions X every season) very close to the ski slopes of Pampeago reachable by ski bus. Suitable for families and for those who want to relax in the spa and with the various massages offered. Recommended!

Great! Recommended especially for services that are offered for all ages. We were a group of about a dozen guys 25-30 years old, and we had a great time. The manager, the husband and the staff are great people and they did everything possible to make our days really enjoyable.
For those who like skiing or snowboarding, the ski slopes of del Lattemar in Pampeago are a short distance away and can be easily reached in a few minutes by car or by the many ski buses that stop right in front of the hotel.
For those who like to go trekking or hiking in the mountains (also wild-depending on the athletic training), there is a dedicated service with internal guide of the hotel that makes available minibus to move to the various starting points of the tracks.
The structure is constantly evolving. To end the day at best then swim in the pool and total relax in SPA.

We stayed with 2 kids after New Year's. Convenient for proximity to Pampeago facilities. Spacious room in the wing that will be renovated this year: furniture dated but impeccable cleanliness. Swimming pool and wellness area not suitable for the full room; Mini Club suitable with very good guys. All very kind, especially the roomie Vincenzo. Classy restaurant, with good food quality, although personally I would have liked more local produce.

Beautiful, close to the most beautiful points of the Dolomites. It offers many activities in all seasons, very organized for the entertainment of children. Excellent dining, great service in the room (congratulations to Vincenzo). Nice Wellness centre with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Roman shroud and relaxation area and massages.

I stayed there in August with wife and child of 17 months. We liked: The cleanliness of the rooms, the program of the excursions (differentiated according to the needs), the kitchen, the kindness and the thoughtfulness of the staff in responding to every request. The entertainment for the little ones is good, but sometimes it gets too much with the volume of the Baby dance. Only really bad note the lift (lift 2) : Unique to the entire building where the room was located. Exhausting waiting time to go up or down… If you also have a stroller, you must go down to the-2 and cross the garage (with relative thermal excursion) to reach the hall.

Immersed in the beautiful Val di Fiemme, this property has its added value in the staff that organizes routes with different levels of difficulty to beautiful panoramas every day. Excellent cuisine, varies and with special attention to those who are vegetarian or have intolerances. Equipped with an indoor pool and spa. Well kept and clean rooms.

Nice and welcoming hotel in South Tyrol, good location for mounting tours in the alps and tours in the sourundings. We like the comfortable beds and rooms, breakfast and dinner. We like also the pool and wellness area.

I spent a few days at this property in June 2012 and Aug 2016, I found it really good. My experiences in Trentino have always been positive and this nice hotel has certainly not disappointed expectations. The room is very clean and the bathroom is very good. Really good both the rich breakfast and the afternoon snack. The dinner really plentiful and exquisite with a choice of appetizers and desserts buffet which I very welcome, of course, there are also the exquisite dishes at the table. The wellness area is quite spacious and equipped, as is the indoor swimming pool. I liked the possibility of drinking fresh drinks in the relaxation area. Very nice outdoor garden and during the evening there is a peace that I would call "rejuvenating". The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. Good if you have to spend a few days in the area is definitely an option to consider.

Great hotel to stay with family. Food — Continental breakfast, dinner to choose from 2 course menu, in addition bufet with appetisers. Lots of food. In The hotel — wellness, swimming pool, sauna, mini club for kids with animator. Game room, playroom for babies. Hotel is not to far to slops in Pampeago. You can get a skibus (next to hotel) or your car. Visited hotel 2nd time in late march.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the hotel x was marked the suit FIR to say we were very pleased, eat great, rich buffet, I think more than you could ask for lovely place, I recommend it to families with children.

Let's start by saying that Shandranj is a beautiful, excellently directed and organized. We spent two wonderful weeks, carefree and pampered by a staff always attentive and kind. We have two children (male and female) of six and seven years and an breast pinning the medal we want Alessandro (big), Magda, Marica and Jacopo who were available and loving beyond imagining, doing always entertain children and organizing initiatives continuously and shows. A special night in a hut organised by Alexander, beautiful!
We really just got to say, everything was up to our expectations and beyond.
The only drawback? Some guests (and their children) who should attend good manners.

It was a beautiful vacation.

We spend the night here for 3 nights, using 2 emozione3 received vouchers for our wedding. Already at the time of booking, something's not right: the standard rooms are over, but it is possible for an extra € 15 per person to book a room with balcony. The reviews are great, so we accept the compromise. Arrived at the hotel, we are greeted by a receptionist in Tyrolean costume, so sour that suspect has studied receipt in a forest of Borneo. Oh well, it happens. After an interminable wait all elevator (decidedly underpowered compared to the needs of the hotel), who would later become a cross during our stay, we find ourselves in a decidedly dated room (carpet and furniture dated at least 20 years), with the minibar desolately empty. In the bathroom, dispensers for SOAP and shampoo, headphones and no trace of the facilities normally found in a 4 star hotel. The 4 star hotel this hotel had the most common discomfort: uncomfortably hot (thermostat not working) and lack of sound proofing (we could hear any noise from adjacent rooms. One fine morning 8 a. M. We were woken by a housekeeper, who has seen fit to wipe and sensed the failure, fled without even an apology. We come to the SPA, the pride of the hotel.

We were on vacation at the hotel Shandranj, actually went back for the third year for our holidays in the first week of vacation after the end of school: what a treat! The kids enjoyed every day with the guys of the animation; every day we went out on tour with Alberto to discover the beauty of the Dolomites and finally. The great strength of this fine hotel. Cleanliness and kindness are the characteristics that complement our best judgment at this hotel. Thank you, come again.

For the first time I went to 1 to September 8 in the week from shandranj company of my wife and my two children. What to say? would not a million words to explain all the well-being and sense of "familiarity" who accompanied us throughout our first week staying at this hotel. Before. And certainly not the last.! the welcome was perfect. The hall always at our disposal for any eventuality, the rooms are all tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable, organised excursions with the utmost care by Alberto and his staff. The Kitchen? Divine. The maitre d ' Vincenzo pugliese to the bone but with the precision blood thirty made us live this week as we were in the living room of our House. Him, Cristina, Angelo, Marianna and Michela have made our breakfast, snack and dinner only. Every starter and dessert buffet is different, always with absolute quality. Sign of a chef who knows how to do it abundantly on his craft. The icing on the cake. The animation of the incomparable Alexander and Veronica. Quite capable of entertaining the kids for hours, great guides, opinionated to the point for me to climb the Weisshorn and even able to involve myself, (and hardest) my wife and other customers in a hilarious evening cabaret. In short. Everything perfect. Obviously in the quote can't miss who all the coordinates and supervises. Evelin, capable of giving "familiarity and harmony to every guest as you were there for years and not days.

Nice stay in contact with nature and well-being. Welcoming and friendly staff, great food. Much appreciated also the tours organized by the hotel. I recommend everyone to spend their holidays in this corner of paradise, you will not regret it.

In the course of our operation trip, we were allowed to meet this hotel. We had a booking error of our Organizer, in another hotel to stay. We had dinner at this hotel but the common "Törggelen".
The food was not bad though, but under a smoked pork loin, I understand something else than a smoked pork chops, and sausages I didn't fried blood sausage also on 2 discs.
The operation had to partially 5 times run to Los for drink orders of 2 guests something to clarify, or to pick up. Overall no good experiences regarding this hotels which would like to have Yes 4 star.
