Very nice environment, wonderful geacity landscape and good food.

Nice place, great breakfast (but no vegetable).

Very good hotel, the rooms were clean and were made fresh every day. Also the food was always excellent and the staff met everything because they were always net and helpful even if there were sometimes bigger problems.

The rooms are modernly equipped and very clean.
The staff, who are mostly German-speaking, are friendly and helpful.
The hotel also features a spa area with sauna and pool.

Only tried for lunch/dinner, but really great, from the welcome, to the food, to the place kept fine, to the sight. To try!

Christmas 2o17 — Lunch.
We Arrive that the halls are almost complete.
The time to take a seat and we already have the opportunity to enjoy the aperitif.
Then we order as you choose between menus of the day and the paper; Natural and sparkling water and a 7/10 of regional red.
The courses follow each other at a good pace and the intervals are short.
Tasty and abundant Food. Professional Service.

This hotel is a real gem. Friendly staff, clean cozy rooms, and a great restaurant.

Great location, very good service, clean rooms, super sauna and extremely tasty food. The host family is also genuinely authentic, it doesn't get much better than that. Like to come back!

1 night in a business trip, with dinner included (1/2 pension)
Double room for single use very spacious and clean, with private balcony. Electrical outlets, comfortable and well-laid out, usable both plugs schuko three-pin Italian. Dinner with choice between 2 first and two seconds: not bad, but nothing to remember. Good salad buffet. All drinks charged extra (even water). Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Expenditure 91 euro.

Excellent structure, cured in the details. Rooms are comfortable and especially clean. The owners and staff kind, available and smiling. Good both breakfast and dinner. Two flaws: drinks, definitely care… (1 lt. Mineral water 4 euro) and towards the end of the stay, loads of chlorine in the hot tub (it was impossible to deal with it). However, it is worth returning to it.

Hotel and restaurant nice and welcoming. The rooms are large and clean, bathrooms new and lustres. Dishes are prepared with care, good, traditional local cuisine, revisited. Professional and polite staff. The prices are fair. I recommend the sauna and the hot tub!

Excellent hotel with SPA. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great food and breathtaking panoramic views. Location not very close to the city centre but still easily accessible.

I spent 10 days with my family in July. The Hotel is very clean (despite the carpet), aesthetically beautiful, well-ordered, well-kept and cared for. Personal available. A small wellness centre with functional, indoor play area for children very useful. Food good and well presented". No problem for changes in x the food of the children. Availability in welcoming the dogs, great view, a strategic position x excursions to the several valleys (all easily accessible with the car). Cons: bottles of water, brand that in store at Sterzing, I found 43 cents (with a deposit of just 0.18 of the glass to be removed), that are made to pay 4€ (not mentioned on the menu; choose x jugs from the faucet at 1, 50€, not mentioned also! ), portions are not abundant, the abuse of the pork (in 10 days = 1 fish, 2 of the "cow", 7 pork! In south Tyrol, it seems strange to me! ), luuuuuunghe expectations between a flat and the other (for those with children is a problem…), food in the buffet very fresh, but both in trentino and in Alto Adige, I found more and more choice. The judgment remains, however, more than positive. Recommended.
