It's a very nice hotel, about 2 km from the center in bolzano, meaning you can walk there whenever you want, but are far enough away that it won't bother you at night.

Rooms ordered clean spacious. Spa center available. About 3km from the city centre, conveniently connected by public transport.

Really nice hotel and emploees, beautiful view and roomservice made a puppy out of tovels for me.

Food pretty good. Nice and clean rooms. A little cold reception.

A great hotel on the outskirts of Bolzano, with good cuisine, clean rooms thanks to imaginative cleaning team and a very nice chef. We were here with 125 people,

Pleasant hotel for short stays. Kitchen is ok but also nothing extraordinary. Rooms are standard but rather outdated. Bit outside the center. Close to the motorway exit.

Very nice Hotel located just outside the city centre (reachable in 20 25 minutes by foot, 5/10 by car). Very, very clean. The staff was very helpful They waited for us to check in until late evening. Clean and tidy rooms, efficient cleaning service. Our room had balcony but in common to the other rooms on the floor. The hairdryer is typical of hotels, women with long hair portatevene one;) Very clean, beautiful, modern-style Spa. Two large jacuzzis, sauna, Turkish bath and emotional showers. They provide towels but not slippers. Maybe because it was Easter, but there was no dedicated staff. Breakfast is rich and varied. Restaurant, to my taste, not great: simple dishes but no particular personality. Not expensive compared to the average of Bolzano maybe (the restaurant), hotel Carecta but also here, probably because I went to Easter. In any case, absolutely recommended.

Positioned well for business travellers, half way between Fiera Bolzano and city center. Big indoor parking.
The wellness area is very nice, new and super clean.
They miss some details for a higher grade, for example more electrical sockets (there was only one in the whole room, none in the bathroom, and breakfast is poor and repetitive, especially when it comes to salty options).
I didn't try the restaurant so I cannot judge that part.

All very nice, great location and great cuisine, Mountain view to scream.

Very good l'welcome, have allowed us to keep even our small two 4-legged friends inseparable, and if I could I would add one more star for l'great food. A special thanks to Mario who served us with friendliness and professionalism! Excellent quality / price ratio. I highly recommend you choose them! Thanks, we will return to tokyo'else!

I have booked this hotel because it is the only one that accepts the good wellness in Bolzano. When we showed up to check in, the Lady seeing 2 guys asked us if we wanted the split beds so we were sleeping quieter; But if the reservation was made with double beds it seems to me not the case to propose other alternatives since you should know that there are also homosexual couples! The reception was very poor without receiving enough information on the hotel services. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, a few km from the cent of Bolzano, easily accessible from the bus line 8 with many rides every day.
The wellness area is quite good, but too small for the number of people who can accommodate the hotel and is open only 6 hours a day, from 4pm to 10pm! The sauna is really very small, the Turkish bath is very good, the whirlpool tubs are small and only 2, but very functional, very nice the path emotional showers and the relaxation area with the salts. A shower was out of service. Unfortunately there is no relaxing music or even herbal tea.
The room does not offer many services and the mattresses are quite uncomfortable; The blankets of the double bed are 2 singles and not a single double.
The dinner is not very good and does not offer many typical dishes.

We had a great time. Comfortable place and great breakfast.

Great hotel close to the center of Bolzano, comfortable and cozy. The restaurant has great food. The breakfast is varied and of quality.

Decent Hotel with indoor parking included and small spa. Clean room with TV and Wi-Fi. Not properly economical.

In the suburbs, but hotel very clean, nice, sauna area and fantastic relaxation. Great value for money.

Well, if alla 3 stars hotels would be like this one… We would need 10 stars hotels for having certain standards guaranteed.

Very nice Hotel and friendly host. The Hotel is in a very good location in Bolzano, no matter in which direction you want to. Whether to the centre to Merano or the mountains in the direction of the rose garden or the Alpe di Siusi, it is fast on the access roads. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the Breakfast was also Klase. In addition, the Hotel features a Wellness area and underground Parking garages. I can recommend the Hotel Chrys. I'm also happy again.

Average Hotel. New and cured relaxation Area. Clean room but small and with old fashioned furniture. The bed with comfortable mattress but loud structure at the slightest movement. The owner (I suppose) at the reception is not at all useful: On arrival does not provide any type of Informazionecsull ' Hotel (breakfast time, use of relax area, Wi-Fi, etc. ).

… Cordiality, friendliness, cleanliness, breakfast amazing … by rifrequentare :-) and advise ;-) … my little dog Snowy agrees!

Clean and functional room with a double bed. Quiet. Slept well. Breakfast was typical buffet style with kaiser buns and some all pre-packaged pumpernickel bread. Not a great selection of bread in other words, but fine if you're not picky. Also had yoghurts, fruits in syrup, some luncheon style meats and cheese and coffee.

We were 7-8 November 2015 with a group in this hotel under installed.
The rooms are beautiful, clean and mostly quiet.
We were at the Trögellen. The food excellent. The care of Manager Margret and daughter-in-law Elisabeth and the remaining employees welcome.
Not to mention also a thank you to our musician Peter!

Dear people, I am of the firm opinion that this nice family hotel, a true insider's tip is. It lies in the quiet, just outside of the city centre. The city bus is but quickly everywhere. We spent three days there. We got a decent breakfast and in the evening a three course menu. The private fridge smell we use. For a few euros, we got the E-bikes by the son of Martin borrowed. With the wheels, we made a great Tagesausfug to Meran. The value for money was very good. LG your Charles.

3 nights there — was negative except francixx no coffee is actually only possible — for breakfast there are no eggs and only the typical hotel coffee —.

Friendly and clean.
Good staff (up to an older male), bright and clean rooms, many with a balcony. Shuttle service to the train station, good bus connection. City Centre on foot in about 15-20 min away. Beautiful new Wellness Centre (free of charge) with sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath and relaxation area. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Breakfast OK (unfortunately no eggs). We have 37, — p. P. Per night paid (b & b), really top for the price.

The hotel was very nice. It has offered much and every day there were five course dinner.
