Employees are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, but not sumptuous. Dinner menu has a good value for money. Wheels to borrow, goes around the lake with it, but not suitable for an entire day tour. Room OK, 3 star hotel stop. Facility is okay but you can get a lot more out and should be partially modernized.

In favor I have to say it was clean enough and did not wax the carpet which is a hateful stuff though: old and worn furniture, covered with alpine shelter, bored sheets, penetrating smell of sewer from the sink.
I guess we're not.

The hotel is in a beautiful quiet location from where you can take great hikes, riverside bike rides and climbing trips. Breakfast is delicious, typically Italian and offers everything you want. In addition, the staff is very attentive, courteous and friendly. The complex is well maintained and especially by the pool you can relax on hot days.
All in all highly recommended!

Magnificent location. Not a brand new hotel, surrounded by greenery, a stone's throw from Arco. Unfortunately the cleanliness of our room was definitely not taken care of. Breakfast Overall, given the amount paid for a triple, you can recommend.

Decent hotel, a little to renew our room had a very small bathroom and a terrace that looked out to a hotel wall. It is immersed in greenery for those seeking tranquility.

In my opinion already 2 stars would be too many. Old and malput rooms, with poor maintenance. Cheap prices even at the restaurant but the quality is really mediocre.

Room was still dirty on arrival. In March was not heated, far too cold, as the heating turned off again after a short time. The smell in the bathroom by the rubber was unbearable… The staff was relatively inconsiderable when I made them aware of it.
The room was very small.

Had room 113. CA 10QM 180s Mattress lay on a 160cm bed frame. The only bedside table is a chair that is upholstered in artificial leather. In the toilet you may not stop or shower it stinks, well what comes out of the Syphon so. No star value Sorry I haven't had that yet.

A hotel with friendly staff, friendly, helpful, a super friendly boss who cuts in 4 to make you happy and who renovates his establishment resumed more than a year ago… We had a great holiday and we are going back this year. The meals are fresh to the local produce. A beautiful panorama all around the hotel in the heart of the vineyards, you find yourself between Lake Garda and the mountain it is superb! They accept animals on request. Swimming pool and tennis court nice. Many walks to do on foot, by bike, or by motorbike… to discover the area and it is many lakes. The lake of Gade is 8 km away. A large parking lot secure. The paradise for bikers like myself! Very much the holidays!

The walls of the rooms are paper thin, the rooms themselves have holes in the ceiling and faulty showers and electric sockets and some heaters in the rooms are broken. And the Wi-Fi is just barely existent and you can't do almost anything with it. The pool, that they say that they have, looks like it has not been cleaned for years and is a green/black shade that looks like the essence of disease, the grass in the garden is not mowed and is filled with dry leaves from autum (we stayed there in the end of March). Furthermore, the staff is unfriendly. The bartender does not know how to make any cocktails and looks up everything from a tablet and does not even know what a "mojito" is and we had to wait about 3 min after ordering for him to tell us that they "don't have margaritas". The boss or the owner threatened to throw us out on the second day of our 3 day already paid stay after we were a bit too loud the first night, mind you, we were a choir of mostly underage students, so a grown man threatened a group of children. In the meal plan we could only choose 2 meals and there is no way to make your own meal or even heat up water for tea in the rooms. If you drive past this place, put the pedal to the metal and DON'T STOP!

We were there only one night in transit to guest. The house is very very noisy and in the area A festival took place at night, which was so loudly audible that you could even sing the songs along. We were unfortunately not warned by the staff. The food was really great, the waitresses very friendly, as well as the reception staff. What was also annoying was a smoke detector that was flashing very well all night and the hygienic condition was not perfect (holes in the pillow cover, lint in the room corners). For the price including breakfast for one night we did not want to complain, but for a longer stay you should perhaps consider this:)

Receptionist are quite unfriendly and make you feel non welcome.

Very kind, although I only spent one night I was fine, the only thing to report is that they should bring you the menu instead if you did not ask them what you eat? they didn't bring you anything. To give you an example I ordered a can of Fanta and the waiter brought me the bottle already opened earlier and poured me a little on the glass. For the rest everything OK.
