A wonderful adventure through a mystery menu for our group. The food is inventive, beautifully presented and delicious. Our experience included a trip through the kitchens and the fantastic cellars to the Cheese Room for a tasting of special cheeses paired with fruit mustards. The front of house staff were excellent — charming, knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. Our sommelier and guide through the cellars and cheeses, Fabio, was a delight. I would love to return to try the restaurant’s other dining experiences, such as dining in the cellars.

Apericena at the Wine Bar, you can range from aperitifs, cocktails recommended and prepared by a bartender of the highest order, or you have a cellar with more than 20.000 bottles of wine to choose from. Great snacks that come off the usual chips, peanuts and olives. Wanted and well executed dishes, excellent raw material. Price in line with the exclusivity and sophistication of the service. Lovely location. I come back whenever I can. Top.

Definitely a Location from visitors for multiple reasons! The chef Matteo the youngest 2 star in the world, a welcoming structure, of very high finishes and services!

We have been coming to the hotel Ciasa Salares for years in winter and are always welcomed and cared for by the Wieser family.
The staff is helpful and competent. The catering is distinguished by the varied fare of special kindness.
The well-equipped rooms provide for a relaxing rest.
Also the wellness area with a very nice swimming pool, 2 saunas and 1 whirlpool are the guarantee for relaxing after skiing.
The comfortable lounges make your stay in the hotel an unforgettable holiday. We'll be back!

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food delicious. (breakfast and all our many dinners) The spa, pool etc all good. And the location and view were both perfect.

Restaurant La Siriola: Of all my Michelin stars experiences that was the best. Very friendly and warm staff serves a lot of extremly tasty food for a very good price. Nothing is too posh or extravagant and all the time you feel like a most welcome guest in the world. The young chef is also a very friendly and humble person and has a great talent, definitely worth watching. That food together with that atmosphere deserve even more than 5 stars!

Ciasa Salares is a really wonderful hotel — warm, friendly, helpful, wonderful "alpine" interior design and yet not feeling old or shabby. The quality of the food is superb — in the main hotel restaurant alone — and the other three (yes three) restaurants (cellar, wine bar, La Siriola) are all excellent. And the wine lists is extraordinary. We will definitely return for another very happy and comfortable stay — we feel blessed to have found Ciasa Salares.

Great hotel in an impressive winter and snow backdrop. Especially worth seeing in winter when the snow meter is high. An absolute must… The next visit will therefore be in summer to be able to experience a mountain summer.

Now it has been priced. As long-standing regular customers we have accepted all price rounds, as much has improved. Now, price performance no longer and far and wide no Russians who are considered to be always willing to pay guests would be eligible. As a last hope only the Chinese remain.

It was an amazing evening, which contained many elements in addition to the excellent food.
The environment and the welcome were extremely well cared for and refined, yet the feeling was warm and familiar.
The dishes, brilliant and innovative, presented themselves in a way and changed during the explanations and then again at the tasting.
Fabulous explanations from the excellent Stefano, always very thoughtful and attentive.
The tour in the kitchen, cellar and chocolate room was the highlight of a perfect evening.

A true epicurean he's an in the midst of the Dolomites. The attentive service is matched by an incredible knowledge of food and wines. The finest products from all over the world are carefully chosen and incredibly paired to create unique flavours. Such a bespoke property features several outlets ranging from Michelin-starred, a gourmet bar, a wine & cheese sanctuary, a traditional restaurant and a chocolate room that would water your mouth. Last but not least are the owners, the true soul of Salares welcoming you in a true warm Ladin style.

My wife and I have returned to this excellent hotel 3 times in 4 years. Need I say more? We always look forward to our annual mountain walking trip in the Dolomites and our stay at Ciasa Salares.

Location is amazing, food is fabulous but rooms are a bit basic.

Mah. Exaggerated prices, excellent service. Food good, not great. Wine price excessive when compared to the environment in which they are served. We left there 104 € for a dinner in two people with only two piartti in the head, poor portions. I'm not going back.

You eat really well, and the atmosphere is warm.

Really outstanding service, the plate and the welcome. Excellent raw material, as well as the combination and composition of the food. Wine list varied venues, while there is a lack of references of other regions of Italy. Not to be missed!
