The place is gorgeous, rooms very spacious and very well furnished. The staff are very very friendly and kind. They have expanded the spa's relaxation area and are about to operate an external Whirpool and an additional sauna. All really quality. Well executed cuisine and super breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable spacious rooms clean and refine with care. From some you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Sassongher. The renovated wellness area is a real treat. Swimming pool with hot tub, relaxation room, herbal tea room and everything a guest could want. Good cuisine, and an extremely extensive and accurate wine list.

Level. Large rooms, impeccable cleanliness. High-cucinatly food, absolutely not heavy along with the well-stocked self-service. At breakfast there is nothing missing, amenities, pool, all well, you see the care of the property. One detail, welcome: water at meals is not an extra.

We returned again this year and found the same courtesy the excellent fabulous sweet food, beautiful and spacious rooms and all around the Dolomites. Stay recommended. We'll be back.

Very nice property, unsurpassed kitchen, very friendly staff and ready to meet any need… The spa and pool very well looked after in our stay where it rained were highly appreciated for leisure and rest. For those who want to enjoy all this I highly recommend it!

We have stayed in the Residence Apartments just up the hill a bit from the hotel on 3 occasions, last year two years ago and twelve years ago. We are hill walking fans and this area is awesome for that and our main reason for going. The hotel is lovely and situated in a great location with fantastic views in most directions. The hotel underwent some renovations last year which look great, boasting a trendy looking bar and outside space at the front near the reception area. You are allowed to use the wellness centre when you stay in the apartments and we made the most of this great facility particularly after a long day in the hills. Chilling in the pool and saunas etc was a great way to wind down and always finished off with a cup of tea. We haven’t stayed in the hotel but have spoken to people who have and they were all very impressed. The service is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. The residence apartments are spotless and well appointed. We love Gran Ciasa and look forward to going back soon. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel with cozy rooms in modern and Ladin style, have created the right mix. They renewed the entrance last winter creating a wonderful bar with bright stained glass windows. The kitchen is of good quality and the prices are adequate to the offer. The Spa area is not huge however it is very well finished and welcoming. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are quite capacent.

Hotel well beyond my expectations!
With my family we stayed at this hotel from 10/to 14/8, the quality of the hotel, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff make it in my opinion one of the best hotels in the area. Great food, very spacious rooms (we were in a comfort) and a breathtaking view, what more could you ask for? 5 stars deserved, great value for money!

Great location. The view from our room is amazing! The room is quite big and the bathroom has a separate shower and bath tub. The spa facilities are fantastic and a great way to relax after a day full of activity. Highly recommend a stay here.

Very nice service, which responds to the wishes of guests. Great breakfast and dinner. Felt at least 4 stars. Cyclists are welcome here.
