Perfect hotel for a cycling trip. By far the best destination hotel I have experience for cycling trips. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and updated. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Laundry service is awesome and Sauna is a huge bonus! Klaus Irsara's expertise is priceless and he always made sure each day was perfect and it was (even if the weather wasn't always perfect). The food was 5-star from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wine selection is great for pairing dinners! We had the best experience here and really cant wait to come back.

Family owned small hotel. Lovely rooms, great food, and stunning location. Our ride guide was one of the family who taught us many things about this area.

Absolutely brilliant. Has a place to store/fix your bike. Rooms are exellent. Staff are brilliant. The bike guides are also brilliant and know this plce inside out. Well done guys.

This clean, bright and friendly hotel was the perfect hub for a week of epic cycling. Wonderful cycle support and otherworldly good food. Amazing staff, a tremendous base and support for the serious cyclist. I could find no areas for improvement.

What a place and what views from the hotel
Friendly staff from the minute you walk in and provide you with top quality service — from ski passes and everything. The place has a wellness centre to relax with Finnish, herbal and infrared sauna and steam room. … The dinners at night are a delight and you get excellent service from the staff. Thank you to Petra for a seamless and quick check-in. Big thanks to Elisabeta for taking care of us, and also my personal thanks for getting me 2 panacottas for dessert And I feel bad for walking in with wet shoes but the kind receptionist Anna was very forgiving “its snow she said to me” today. Thank you for a beautiful stay and look forward to coming back soon. Got one more day left but already feeling sad to be leaving you x.

Visited twice in recent years, excellent comfort room. Large and clean, extraordinary view, a year on the holy cross one on the woods behind the structure. Impeccable service. Kitchen with gourmet hints that in my opinion might be less sought after but more consistent. Remarkable price quality ratio, as usual a hotel in that 3-star area is worth a comfortable four-star by the Italian standard. Convenient connection to the track of the holy cross with shuttle.

Quite expensive but it’s totally worth it! Super spacious and modern rooms with separate toilet, modern bath room and king size bed. Breakfast is perfect and dinner even better! Nice environment to cycle (road and dirty mountains) and the hotel has a professional garage to store and wash your bike! Definitely go there!

Very good hotel. Can't believe that it does not have 4*. The rooms are quite big and nicely (modern) furnished. Breakfast and dinner was also very tasty and served by a very friendly staff. We stayed as group of cyclists (middle aged men in lycra…) and were pleased also by the garage for the bikes which includes even tools. Overall a full recommendation.

We had a very lovely stay at this hotel last week… again. We always return to this hotel once a year since 2008. The dinner is always very good considering this is just a 3 star hotel. Very good breakfast as well. Love the spacious and very clean room with a large balcony and large bathroom. We had room 210 which is a bit bigger than the rooms right behind the elevator and stars, this room is very well situated and very quiet (beautiful view, near the emergency exit and far from the elevator and stars). The owners of the hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back there.

Super hotel with large modern rooms and very good value for money. Dinner tastes great and there is everything fresh and adequate at the breakfast buffet. Only the sauna area could be a bit more modern and larger.

whining at a high level, but paying money again for the hot tub I found inappropriate. The sauna and steam bath do not cost extra. Too bad it doesn't have a real pool, but you know that beforehand. One thing is a shame. Due to the geographical orientation, no more sun appears on the property from the afternoon. (Mountain Shadows)

Great Hotel. Modern and nice décor, super clean, spacious rooms with comfy beds (not a particular so discounted), exaggeratedly beautiful bathroom.
Food cared for with right servings, friendly staff. If we want to find a flaw the spa is perhaps not at the height of other hotels of the same level in South Tyrol also because of the lack of swimming pool. For the rest everything perfect. Recommended.

The hotel is very well appointed and clean. The exterior and interior have obviously benefited from improvement works recently. The bedrooms are well sized with balconies and large bathrooms. The showers are very good. Hotel facilities include a laundry, gym and bicycle workshop/secure lockup. There is a bar and a separate dining room. Meals are large, offering a range of dishes night to night. The food is good quality but not excellent. The service is great. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Given the region you can expect most if not all staff to speak Italian, German and English to assist with your enquiries. I highly recommend the hotel if you're in the area.

A good hotel, all staff very polite and helpful, clean, good linens, not noisy and good and nice area. Ski pass can be ordered at the reception at check-in and pick up the next day from early. You can take a minibus to the ski lifts, on foot with ski boots and etc. Are difficult to reach. Dinner is good, breakfast basically also.

We did a 3 week cycling tour to 5 destinations. Melodia had the best food, biggest and nicest rooms, easily the best cycling facilities and wonderful staff. Would go back in an instant. Highly recommended.

Wonderful family run hotel! Modern, comfortable and clean with delicious meals and fabulous information about hikes and bike rides in the area. I can't wait to return.

This place is clean, modern and very well run. We stayed as a large group of 16 for a week cycling holiday in June 2017. The hotel couldn't have been better and the service was excellent all week. The location is great, the facilities are perfect and it was very good value. I would highly recommend it as a base for activities in the region and for groups in particular.

It's very best hotel for cyclists! They arrange guides (even the hotel owner) and go to many of the most beautiful passes of the Dolomites. The food is superb with many courses of which some you can choose in the morning and a wonderful breakfast buffet with the best bread buns, meat, and cheese as well as yoghurt with fruit. I would totally recommend this hotel for a future cycling vacation! And as others already mentioned: perfect bike rental and garage where you can store the bike for the evening!

Amazing place, brilliant views. Perfect for cyclist. The owner Claus has a wide knowledge of road and mountain biking in the area the whole hotel is set up for you to bring your bike here with storage and a workshop.

Excellent 4 star hotel, good location, amazing service, wonderful food, everything controlled with the owner that very kind and friendly person, the front desk supervisors are very helpful and friendly. One of the best in the area.

We had a super mountain bike holiday. The food was top. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was awesome! The offered guided tours (that what it came down to us) exceeded all expectations. Spa has not every knick knacks, but concentrates on the essentials. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

Liked again! Very loving and familiar atmosphere.
