Old old old and datet Hotel. No 4 star quality.

This is a horible place to stay, from those 4 stars, 3 of them fall down long time a go, everything is not for 4 stars, a miss take to come here ever again. I am a bitt curios, is this place still under construction?

Four stars came from the moon. There is nothing like it. Clean rooms. Good for short time stay. Food very limited with a lot of dirty dishes. Pool nice and clean. I would rate it as good 3 stars with understaffed hotel.

We spent a weekend in Porto Empedocle staying at this hotel. The structure a bit outdated is definitely functional but should be more careful in detail. All the staff are extremely kind and attentive to the needs of the guests. The strong point is undoubtedly the kitchen, excellent quality of food, well-tended and abundant dishes, kindness and garbo distinguish this sector. Our judgement is absolutely positive. Thank you!

Average Hotel. Clean and comfortable. Discreet cuisine, without too many pretensions. I would give a 3 deserved but I gave 4 stars for the friendliness of the staff that pays off everything. I stayed with my dog and they were very sensitive and helpful to the needs of my small 4 legged. If I was in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to book.

Crappy Hotel. The guys on the tour were all bad. Dirty rooms. Horrible food. Recycled water. A dump. By denounce we will exhibit ASL Agrigento. And all the bodies of competence to be closed… We will make all possible complaints the boys are hurting…

Excellent food, though a bit short in other areas. I always get annoyed with hotels that have Wi-Fi that keeps failing, and the balcony was rather fragile.

We were on a trip to Agrigento and we stayed at this horrible hotel. First point the rooms are in my grandmother's times, the hallways all full of dust, the food they gave I think my dog didn't eat it as well if he died with hunger. In the tables we were 20 people and put 2 bottles of natural water and 2 sparkling (which were all crushed) Swhen he ran out and asked him you had to wait a long time and then the plastic bottles in the restaurants do not bring because the water has a bad Taste In fact I happened to one that had a plastic flavor.

Hotel Although located with 4 stars, can certainly not be considered as such. Structure from Rammodrrnare, nothing exceptional even in the choice of materials and design. The position is the thing that penalizes this structure, in the center of a freeway between Porto Empedocle and Agrigento, so I recommend it only to those who have a private vehicle. The positive note, however, should be made to the restaurant department, experienced staff, prepared and especially a unique availability!

The rooms were a bit cramped. The shower is too cramped. Very slow dinner. Lack of service. Hour and a half dinner.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The rooms were freezing, the doors of the rooms were panic bars and it took us 20 good minutes to figure out how they would close, the shower was broken (we asked for it to be fixed and they did nothing), the toilet drain did not work (the Solution that we were datomè a bucket), the blankets were not present on the beds, the food of the restaurant Risdaldato (in the morning even worse: three coffee machines worked one and we saw a waiter picking up a slice of ham and Put it back among the things to be taken), the plastic water bottles were reused and were hanging like the tower do Pisa (I attach photo), the elevators were jammed often, the hallways were full of dust and until two in the morning there were groups of guys who They made a hell of a fuss. Moreover the hotel is located in a remote area, behind a gas station, and the diners took advantage of two of my professors who wanted to premdere of the prosecco telling them that the only place where they could buy it was in the hotel where it cost an eye of the head While the next day we found out that there was a supermarket at two steps. The question that arises to me is: who gave 4 stars to this hotel?

Petrol station is right in front of it, it is very noisy. Breakfast is miserable.

Good quality of service: restaurant, reception. On the other hand the rooms are not clean and the bathrooms are not practical.

Good morning, we went in August 2015, we had a good time, so much to return QST year and nn wait! The rooms are simple but functional, maybe the bathrooms sn to renovate a little. But maybe, since SN passed 3 years, SN been made. I hope.

Friendly and friendly staff Food good, though a bit repetitive! Instead it leaves to be desired the cleanliness: Moolta powder in the rooms, dirty crockery and to improve the aesthetic aspect of the place! Besides, there is a beautiful panorama!

I chose this restaurant, of which I had been told about the good palates, for a business dinner a few weeks ago. The place is sober and elegant, the atmosphere intimate and relaxing.
The choice of the dish resulted from a perfect presentation of the dishes not on the menu, and of the fresh ingredients available that evening. The fish itself was exquisite, from the refined meats, and the preparation and presentation were perfect.
Recommended place at 100%.
Can't wait to go back with friends. Really good!

See us, overlooking the sea and a beautiful swimming pool. It eats rich and abundant.

Nice place. Big pool. The shower is pretty small, and all the rooms are almost the same… So if you are a big guy I dont recomend :)

As 3 Rstrellas would be fine but no more. Very poor bathrooms need an urgent comprehensive overhaul. The fridge of the minibar, empty, and old, (in general the aspect, although clean, is of carelessness). It would never be a 4 star of course.
Otherwise the friendly and correct treatment.

The rooms are oké but the shower cabine is way too small! The breakfast is realy bad! Very simple and The quality is way below of what you should expect of a hotel like this. This could be a very good hotel.

In Spain 2 stars at most, next to a gas station on a road and you can not move, is only 2 km from the port but without access. The food is acceptable.

Not clean, not good looking or tidy rooms and common areas. Really not worth having so much stars.

Pretty typical cheaper hotel. Looks like it was a really nice place 20 years ago but hasn't been kept up as well as it can be. Couple of swastikas on the walls of our room and on a few doors in the hallway, damaged paint, and dirty walls to name a few things. Bedding was clean and changed frequently, breakfast was ok, typical of what we have gotten elsewhere in Sicily, pool was nice and if you are on the west side of the hotel you get a decent view. Staff was polite and helpful. Over all it was a meh.

The room looked bad, the breakfast was ok.

Rooms were quite good and so was the breakfast. But it was too loud due to non existing sound proofing and there were no hot water in the evening.

Along the SS115, amidst an industrial area, behind the petrol station, time seemed to have stood still for the past 20+ years. This somewhat outdated hotel has a nice pool where a swimming cap is mandatory. The rooms are spacious enough and have been modernized with airconditioning and a TV (with 1 English channel (108) ). Don't be surprised to have open discussions with your neighbors through the paper thin walls. If you wish to clean yourself in the bathroom, I would recommend to buy some bleach and cleaning supplies at the supermarket next door. And please note that the shower is rather small, it wouldn't fit an average American posture. Breakfast is rather minimal and probably better at the petrol station. Yet, one probably should not complain for these prices. Staff is abdundantly available and very friendly.

Room is just ok, bare minimal. Free Wi-Fi, free parking. Brwakfast is again bare minimal.

Old crumbling structure, doors and Windows, therefore noisy day and night, poor cleaning, dirty towels not replaced but stowed away as new ones, on the second day there was no hot water, there is no information to call the front desk, I went to trial, no information about resolution times in 4 did the cold shower x can go out for dinner, poor quality breakfast, only positive note a beautiful pool cdove xò not have access only those staying in the hotel, therefore, confusion reigns, good location for tourist attractions of the place!

The staff was very helpful and professional, the location very good as the hotel is just a few steps from the sea, rooms very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

We spent 3 nights in late August.
Breakfast always the same products and nothing.
The hotel is advertised as a modern and avant-garde instead has a very old semirotti furniture décor style and cleanliness is a little left out.
Friendly staff, parking a little small for the guests, it has a nice pool.
However we wanted to spend less and we were happy.

This hotel is awful the rooms suck because they look like shelters for matti, a hospital …

We all loved by God one thing that cleaning is not just the best but I had Te mega hyper super well and that is why I give 5 stars.
And then breakfast was something buonissimissima. The staff was friendly with all of us that we were.

Awful hotel, poor service, poor cleanliness of hotel, bad everything. … the rudeness is at home … in short, a property worth only x animals. … with so much respect x animals.

I stayed on 7 March at the hotel parking was full because a Congress during the day were arriving busloads of tourists who came just to have lunch or dinner occupied all the halls a real mess in the rooms could not sleep for the thin walls in the breakfast lacked even the bread a bad holiday.

We had super good great service in all kinds, nothing to say! The path taken is correct but the street view image and the point of arrival do not correspond to hotel.

Dirty hotel, not up to the minimum standards of quality, cleanliness and amenities.
The front desk has proven rude and unhelpful to solve the many problems in just one night's stay.
The room (a double turned into quadruple with bunk bed) did not correspond to the one shown in the picture at the time of booking.
The parking space, guaranteed within the reservation, was uninsured and often was forced to park outside, with the risk of damages or fines.
The toilet was damaged and cannot be used, the shutter of the window broke and hot water was not always available.
None of the described problems has been solved by staff despite the continued reports.
Price certainly content but excessive when one considers the many inefficiencies and lack of professionalism on the part of the staff at the desk.
An awful experience.
