Update: After a week of staying here I must increase my rating as we enjoyed the stay after all. The room is still noisy but we got used to it. We also no longer had issue with getting a sunbed at the pool, which is really nice and one of very few in this part of Sicily. The beach is very nice, thought it's not owned by the hotel so you have to pay €9 for 2 sunbeds with umbrella. Dedicated parking spot is also super convenient as finding one on the street is near impossible. Original review: It was the noisiest Apartment I've ever been to. You can hear ppl walking above you and whenever somebody flushed a toilet next door the noise was so loud that it would wake us up in the middle of the night. Otherwise you need a cap for the pool which doesn't have enough sunbeds to accommodate everyone and they keep them reserved throughout the day so we couldn't use them even when they looked empty.
