The hotel is in a very convenient location three blocks from the main street of the Old Town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the thing I liked the most, helpful both sweet and salty and to say hearty is to say little. Very clean room and bathroom with spacious and windowed shower!

We are a family of 5 and nn we found the 4 stars of the hotel! Rooms with leaky and non-adjustable air conditioners, non-functioning toilet drains and breakfast with small insects circling the various foods! I was not satisfied, despite the fact that they moved us from room, which had some problems listed above! We only stayed one night and went away, finding a hotel worthy of this name with fewer stars!

I unfortunately had a bad experience in May, took a parking ban fine and having not been able to pay it The following days I had asked a courtesy to the reception staff if they paid me by handing the money, I stress that I went to the hotel with 30 people being travel agencies, after two months I see myself delivering the fine at home and after two phone calls tell me that I in the morning I had taken up the envelope with the money of the fine I do not remember this thing.
Conclusion my agency and I will no longer make use of this hotel and those who will ask us info we will say that maybe it is better to find another property for your travels. Cordially elite travel.

You need a car nothing is walkable. The pool was awesome. But the restaurant not that good. The service at the restaurant is horrible. Took 1h to get the antipasto and it was a salade and we were only 3 tables in the restaurant. The room are ok but they close the air conditioning at night around 9pm until 7am, it was very hot in the room 28°C. And then they close it around 10am until 4pm during the day. The view is nice but only from back were is the pool.

I was a guest x almost three weeks. Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast. Close to the old town.

This Hotel I would recommend it for people who have to spend the night in Trapani … no… huge expectations. People who are looking for simplicity in the service, the right comfort, but without excesses. For that is in Trapani for business or who must take a ferry good time.

The location is good because it is located in the center of the city but not in the pedestrian area where there is chaos.

From 1 to 21.01.2018, our stay was very pleasant. The reception, the decor, the bedding and the service of the room 307 are impeccable. The breakfast buffet is very well supplied, the products available are of quality, the staff very available tries to satisfy your desires. Cleanliness is remarkable at all levels. The size of the shower enclosure and its 2 doors can limit its use! Apart from that, a good stopover with free parking at the door. To recommend.

Massive room. Friendly staff and good location.

Excellent hotel. Lovely staff especially Annalisa and Loredana who were always willing to help and give excellent advice. Also the chambermaids and waitung staff are very helpful. All in all a lovely hotel very cebtral and close to railway and bus connections. Highly recommended.
