I highly recommend an Enchanting Environment Welcome and Staff always Available and Very Kind The Rooms always very Well-kept and Clean the pool very nice in a location overlooking the Sea we were me and my wife very satisfied especially for having been able with great pleasure to taste the typical dishes of your kitchen led by Alessandro who with a lot of experience advised us to enjoy the best and congratulations also you cooks without a doubt but the but thing that I really liked the Breakfast with that Briosch with Cap accompanied with the granita with Almonds sublime sena doubt Aspremura with Oranges fresh and delicious thanks from Cuore ❤️ even if for 3 days we had a great time to go back as soon as I have the chance.

5 extraordinary days. From the room with the breathtaking view, the courtesy m, the sympathy of everything I say all the staff. They made us feel at home.
Only regret? Don't stay.

Friendly staff, clean room and very nice… Fabulous pool… Be careful a little more for the cleaning of the pool. I'm recommending… Many nearby restaurants, cable car and sea within walking distance.

Don't go, rooms with little water the tub was dirty! The pool is decent! But I don't recommend it! The staff were friendly and courteous!

I can't believe this is a 4-star hotel! The horrible room, the floor all scratched, the armchair all stained, a TV lcd of at least 15 years ago, also as soon as we enter the bathroom we find a style of the 20s that leaves a little to be desired, not even the cleaning was the maximum. But it doesn't end there, tell me if it's normal to go out early in the morning to come back around lunchtime and still find the room in disarray without putting the towels clean! Ah I booked a superior room!

Good breakfasts, great pool. Service is good. Thou can be a little noisy due to other guest, can’t be helped. Location not in centre of town but easy to get to by bus. Be aware if u drive, it’s 20 euro a day parking which I think should be waived for guests.

Its not a 4 star hotel, thats for sure. Very unfriendly staff. Room was small and the AC was blowing ice freeze air and I had to turn it off completly. Price is to high for what you get. But this is Taormina and if you are looking lets say afordable place to stay its so so. Good side is that location is very good, close to gondola and the beach. I liked Taormina so much that unfriendly staff didnt ruined my stay. When I came back I will try another hotel nearby because I had a feeling I wasnt welcomed here.

I don't understand how to be rated 4 stars.
I "slept" one night (thankfully) with the air conditioning pointed at my face, in a double bed consisting of two single beds. The shower did not have the vent but a kind of funnel, the hot water comes weakly. Bathroom cleaning to review. Non-existent parking, you have to create the row of car along the curved road that tightens right in front of the entrance of the hotel. The bar inside offers only a simple sandwiches and a few salads at an exaggerated price (one ham and cheese 8th).
To avoid, other than 4 stars.

Welcoming and helpful reception. From a 4 star you expect a better cleaning but overall it wasn't bad. The restaurant associated with the hotel to absolutely avoid the fish almost tt cn l asterisk and honestly in a place ke overlooking the sea is unacceptable. Otherwise the beautiful sea.

Well located, friendly staff, nice pool — balcony ocean view rooms have a great view. Our room in 330 was fine, not the Hilton but comfy. Very small TV — no cable. (Hope your Italian is good) Good breakfast. Would return.

Made the most of this hotel on our holiday 2004 staff was helpful and traditionaly italian good staging point visting Scisily and Taormina Town itself recomend travel up the cable car especialy 1st day or evenig like going through a time warp, on a clear day Etna is clearly visible from the Amphitheatre, the area around Taormina is extremely popular with tourist, forget about any negative reviews just go out and enjoy this splendid Island so much to offer for a sight seer.

New Hotel. Small but nice Spa!

Hotel that does not correspond to a 4 star. Poor bathrooms. Unpresentable Terraces. Unvaried food. Room Horribilis…
We will not return, nor recommend.

I won't recommend this hotel to anyone it says 4 star I would only give it 1, it's very basic our first room was dreadful couldn't unpack till I was moved two day later to a ok room, horrible breakfast, no umbrellas for shade at pool no iron in rooms but they will do it for you at a charge glad it's only for one week.

If you need a good location (close to the gondola and beach) and you dont want to spend too much money then its ok. But if you are lookin for a 4 star hotel experiance just forget about it. Overall enjoy Taormina and dont think too much about the hotel.

Four stars hotel in Nice, hillside, but luggage can go the disabled elevator. Rooms, facilities, decoration of new and intelligent electronic control, the lights turn on the air conditioner can be a little difficult in the elderly. But heck I can do this. Especially good for breakfast, regardless of team fit, eat together. Room was small, Wi-Fi charges.
