Excellent structure! Room with stunning sea views. Breakfast in the hotel's terraces with the scent and colors of the sea of taormina. The qualified staff makes the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing… kindness and courtesy is the set of a name. Colette extraordinary person in the availability x hotel customers as well as impeccable professionalism … I will definitely come back!. My vote is a 10 with praise.

I put a star because I can't put less. Nice property but unaffordable location, services indicated in the site non-existent or almost, horrible parking (they ask you to leave the key because often no place), the shuttle to the sea Was denied to me because it is full therefore impossible to go to the sea. On the site it says free instead you pay 7 euros per person to go to sea in a lido, non-existent hairdryer in the room, dirty bathroom hair everywhere, dirty pool. We arrived in the morning and to go down to sea I was denied as quoted below, we try to get down to sea on foot at about 16:45: road a catastrophe about 300 steps in the scorching sun, at 17:30 close the gate then forced to return to PIEDI. Room delivered around 1:30 p. M. To 5:30 p. M. We went away asking the director of explanations and he didn't even have the care to receive us, the only thing he left told the receptionist was that even if we left we would be charged 130 euros. We were forced to look for another facility. Holiday ruined, sea seen only from afar. We feel cheated and robbed of this sum that they have withdrawn immediately, they consider themselves a 4 star facility but as a service are from 0, I do not recommend anyone this hotel.

Staying at this hotel is the ideal solution for those who love tranquility and feel good. They offer their customers countless services included in the price of the stay, manicured and clean environments, but what pays for everything the choice of this hotel is the panoramic view of the Gulf of Taormina which is unparalleled. Highly recommended.

Pleasant hotel with spectacular views. Some areas of the hotel are a little dilapidated and I would not necessarily rate the facilities as 4 star. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the local tow of Taormina and to the beach, but no information provided.
Unfortunately, the same can not be said for the hotel's restaurant, La Juna, which I believe is run independently from the hotel. This restaurant is situated in the Crtystal Sea Hotel, Forza d'Agro and, as there are no other dining facilities in the hotel, has the monopoly. It is run by the very fierce maitre d', Mama Collette, together with her rude and offhand head waitress, who run the restaurant with an iron fist. Neither of these 'ladies' allow the waiters, who are polite and friendly, but very clearly afraid of these ladies, to serve their customers, despite the restaurant being busy. We had a very unpleasant experience, when after waiting for half an hour without being welcomed to the restaurant, offered meus or drinks, we asked a waiter for assistance, only to be told we would have to wait for the head waitress to serve us. When she did eventually serve us, after addressing guests who had already been served, asking if they were enjoying their meals, she was rude and offhand. The food is acceptable, nothing special and is, for what you get, very expensive.

Today I spent a wonderful day at the Hotel Crystal Sea next to the Bay Taormina we ate a seafood menu and we paid very little, beautiful dining Location by the Pool, Staff very friendly and professional especially Giulia, Vito and Benedetta. A great compliment goes to the professionalism and friendliness of Mom Colette.

Nice little hotel with depending on the room, a super view of the sea. Breakfast is right for Sicily, but in the evening you should be a little better placed in the restaurant. Nevertheless, 5 Google * ️.

Only nice view. Mold in shower. Breakfast with hard bread and milk as you can't name it coffee.

Good for a short stay. But not for more then two nights. The Bathrooms are old and without any comfort. The Restaurant is very expensive, the quality is good, but not good enough for the price. The view is great! Service is alright, not very personal. A little disappointing for such a small house.

I have had the opportunity to enjoy the cuisine sublime of the hotel. The welcome by the manager, the lovely "Mom, Colette, " it was fantastic being able to put at ease all the guests. The place has a lovely view and is located a short distance from places of touristic interest such as Taormina, Castelmola and Forza D'agrò. Ideal to spend your holidays or even for just a weekend.

A good, quiet Hotel. It is tucked away, nevertheless, numerous possibilities are offered to visit such as Taormina. Both the Breakfast and dinner are very good. The rooms are spacious and have a sea view. Unfortunately, the establishment in several Places is not properly.

The Hotel is located in a charming place in the bay of taormina. The hotel is well-presented and in excellent condition. The council room with a view of the sea and to the 2nd floor, where there is the best panoramic view. The parking lot has a few cars. Room with TV, bar fridge, air-conditioner. The bathroom is not the best. Staff friendly and sociable. The swimming pool is not big but well kept. There sun beds and spaces secluded for sunbathing. The restaurant and the pool bar has new management, at lunch there is a selection and you can have lunch on the terrace of the swimming pool (the advice is to have lunch elsewhere). Recommended hotel.

The view from the room and the restaurant is breathtaking. The staff was friendly the room was clean (with sicilian measures). The hotel is not at a busy place, so it is quiet. You can relax there and Taormina is close. Also there is parking place for your car. We loved staying there.

Good Food, nice view, modern Room but old Bathroom.

A hotel situated in a panoramic and quiet position, close to Taormina and Giardini Naxos. A rooftop terrace where you can have meals and an outdoor pool if you don't want to go down to The beach. The courteous and helpful staff, always ready to recommend visits or restaurants, showed us the Sicilian warmth and will return as soon as possible even for a weekend! We are out of the world and yet Taormina and its nightlife is there, at your fingertips.
