I'd never had a spa all to myself and my wife… a lovely and unique experience. I recommend it.

Such a lovely place, staff are friendly and welcoming, the location is fantastic, rooms are clean, the breakfast was great and the place is very quiet.

In general great experience, some facilities would have to be repaired because they work little or nothing (hot tub and waterfall inside the pool for example) but this does not spoil the overall experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

This was a beautiful hotel in the old part of Syracuse where the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated as well as clean. The hotel was a short walk to main attractions in Syracuse as well as restaurants and swimming places. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is nice, but in June we had a room that had inside a courtyard with the entrance to a hallway next to a chapel, you will understand that it was embarrassing to also use the services. The sound of the water pouring from the chapel.
These are not rooms to be assigned for a single day.

The rooms are not all comfortable and quiet. Some damage on the road then noisy, others very small. If you are lucky you manage to have a spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast and cleanliness could be improved. Also the start of breakfast at 8am is a bit uncomfortable for those who work. Poor bathroom supplies. Non-existent Wi-Fi and elevator often out of order. Parking not available. Among the positive notes, very nice staff, great location and affordable prices.

The hotel is nice and the prices are affordable. Restaurants and transportation at two steps, easy to get to the center.
Clean rooms, Jacuzzi, spa, swimming pool. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful city of Syracuse.

Room OK but not top. Service is top! Great location. Breakfast was disappointing us with the coffee (powder coffee?!? ).

Good hotel in the center of Ortigia, the structure is an ancient convent renovated, beautiful The terrace on the sea, the single rooms a little ' small but good quality of sleep good, difficulty with parking, ZTL but the structure provides the pass, friendly staff and Friendly. To review the cleanliness in the bathroom, the breakfast bad, salty passable few sweets and poor quality, also there are extras to pay if someone wants to supplement the breakfast, or juice omelette etc.

A very nice place located in Ortigia, very kind and helpful staff, the spa Offe a large swimming pool with cervical shower a Jacuzzi, apart from in another room you will find exciting shower, Kneipp, Turkish bath and a room to relax in. Bed with various teas and tea.

They have to renovate the rooms, especially the bathrooms.

The hotel goes with us max. As a hostel, four stars are none. Musty towels, dirty floor, faucets, dirty carpeted floors… Scrambled eggs or fresh orange juice at breakfast cost extra. The tables are cleaned with a vacuum cleaner during breakfast. Unfortunately we didn't feel comfortable here and could not recommend the hotel to anyone.

The sea view from the room was beautiful. The room itself was quite nice. The staff were very helpful when requesting a taxi or making reservations or asking about the area.

Excellent products for breakfast (prosciutto, buffala cheese, large olives, fresh fruit juices…) Very helpful staff: a person from the hotel filled me my parking ticket payment form, she even guided me when I met her at the postal bank the next day;-D

Great views from the room and the roof top deck. Location is great since everything is within walking distance. Staff is very nice and watches over the hotel as if it is their own home. Parking can be problematic if you don't understand local rules… we got a ticket and had to struggle with parking meters that doesn't tell you 10 euro per day.

It is a unique hotel. Clean and modern room/bathroom and really kind and helpful staff. A calm place. It is a spa hotell as well. Excellent location! They have a roof terrace! You can't park your car directly by the hotel permanently (only if you have luck) but there is a huge parking lot really nearby.

Clean and spacious room. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Almost non Wi-Fi in the room. No car park for guest in front of the hotel because almost​ places are for local residence. If have luck can find free places but only if you have luck. If not paid 10€ per night to nearest car park. But in the end recommend hotel.

Luxury accommodation in the centre of Ortigia in Syracuse. Professionalism, and attention to the customer are in my opinion the main features.
