Experience not to repeat, strongly discouraged. The service is poor and disorganized, with set menu forgot some dishes. Some dishes were cold and the pasta sheet, and yet we arrived at 13.30 on Sunday, despite a reservation. Shame because the location is on the pier in front of the sea, but if you want to pay to eat … shy away from it.

Appetizer: roundup of fish … well more than Roundup was a wheelchair not to mention the fried fish arrived on the table with a lot of suffering. Almost almost swam again.
First: fusilli pistachio and shrimp … here the pasta there were but just look at them to understand that in fact are not very happy to have excessively dried making everything very Shh, maybe due to the boiling shrimp shrunk until it becomes shrimp.
Spaghetti alle vongole: the tomatoes (in diameter almost tomato) was quite extensive unlike clams probably added only at the end since the pasta tasted of everything except for clams.
I would definitely go back. Sydney but certainly not in this eatery.
P. S. Only positive, friendly staff that is the reason for the two stars instead of one.

I switched from trattoria Mokarta only a few days ago, and I assure you that you can find what one would expect from a family-run trattoria. Good welcome, dishes that you like then, speed and the memory of a packed with smile.
We got 2 plates of pappardelle with mint and tomato spatula which were really good, fish, abundant, was outstanding, the harmonious combination of flavors. The local wine, not of very good quality, but good to accompany a meal that eventually told of Sciacca in a simple and genuine. Obviously, if I happen to go to Sciacca, we return.

This is a pretty cheap and simple restaurant, serving good, simple food from the Sicilian tradition. Mostly fish dishes, in basic, home-like preparations. Not a lot of innovation, but sincere food, nice service, and big quantities.
