➜ A real bitch! Shameful! Booking in this one-room hotel for three nights:room nice, spacious and clean. Nothing to say, apart from the little fridge bar that barely cooled.
Booking made on Booking and immediately you took the money. Not an advance, but the whole amount. We spend the first night and the next day we immediately warn that we should leave the hotel the same day knowing that they would not refund us in fact we did not even ask. The shameful thing you will wonder at this point what it is. The lady in reception, apart from her "sympathy" called us while we were traveling to tell us that we had to pay the stay fee of 6.00 euros! But with what courage you call us after you took the money all in advance, used the room for one night only then the other two nights already paid that you could safely put them back on Booking and you did, we did not ask for a refund knowing that it was not possible and YOU dare to call us for 6 euros of cabbage? Foolish! That she finally took it from the paper after giving her permission otherwise she would end up crying. Dear lady, you preferred to lose customers for 6 euros! Great behavior!
➜ I have read previous reviews where it is criticized for cleaning the rooms or the lack of TV. We stayed here a day and a half the first week of August and as far as the room everything ok, clean, bright, bathroom provided towels, clean bed. The mini fridge was running very slowly but we reported it.
The real disappointment was the treatment given to us by the lady in reception who after being warned that we would leave the room a day and a half earlier than expected (paid well in advance) had the courage to call us while we were in travel to tell us that we had not paid the total tax of 6 euros, compared to the 130 euros already advanced in his pockets for some time. Outrageous and lousy.
Luckily at this property we got to talk to other people on the staff much more polite of common sense.
