This is the kind of location I always look for. About three minutes walk to the station. We arrived by train and left on Airport bus with minimal walking. And you walk out into the centre of the city.
The rooms are cute and very clean. There is lots of fresh food for the breakfast. We had to leave before regular breakfast time, but they had juice, fruit, yogurt etc available anyway.
Staff really friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in Palermo.
The location, the value, the place was spotless and very comfortable, the staff Alessia and Nadia were so welcoming, attentive and friendly to the guests, and the breakfast was excellent too. The communication before my stay re how to access property etc was excellent. I also got excellent recommendations for where to eat within 3-10 min walk.
There was nothing I was very happy with this choice.

Large clean rooms, close to the train station. This was the perfect location for one night in Palermo, explore the markets and old town, then catch the ferry the next day. Check in was very smooth. We booked Rm 4 with a separate private bath. Room was large and comfy. Street noise was pretty loud until about 11pm, but very quiet after that. The separate bathroom wasn’t an issue at all.
Nadia and Alice were super helpful at the bed-and-breakfast. They pulled together an early breakfast (soooo much yummy food! ), printed our ferry ticket and helped us on our way with a friendly smile and wave.
To get to the ferry port, we bought a city bus ticket and took Bus 107 to the Crispi Scina Port stop, a short 15 minute ride.
