Where do I begin, this is the first time I’ve left a property after one night because of things not working properly and being uncomfortable…
Before I start I know the owner will try to discredit my review and say everything is false as on the other negative reviews so just a heads up…
We booked the room a bit last minute through booking. Com which has really good reviews (I have no idea how).
The host has claimed that we were sent check in details which we had none (through a recent conversation saying we had left after one night they just sent them via booking. Com to try cover themselves as this was one of the complaints).
The sauna that is advertised in the room does not fully work and will not exceed 34 degrees Celsius due to one heater not working. When I alerted them to this they said that’s how it operates, when I told them this was one of the reasons we left they said I must have not pressed the right button, but why didn’t they instruct me on how to do it when I said it wasn’t working….
The breakfast is a shambles…just coffee although they say there were other bits but nothing was there.
Basically if you’re looking for a relaxing stay don’t come here. They were super rude when I said we had left and when I asked for evidence to show where all the check in info and breakfast info was sent they said they don’t need to explain anything as they are a serious company and operate like one, which being in the hospitality business is kind of ironic.
