Perfect "school case" of bad customer management. Unfortunately due to health problems we had to cancel our departure at the last second, and as per policy the managers charged us the entire penalty. All legitimate, of course. We then immediately call the managers who tersely tell us "you have to talk about it with booking". On the phone, through booking assistance, we asked to at least be able to move the dates of the stay or receive a voucher to always use at the same facility and obviously there was no response from the managers. Nothing incorrect, of course, better a collection today than having a customer who comes back tomorrow and who comes back the day after.
In the past, in another city, we had a similar accident: trip canceled at the last second for health reasons. That facility reimbursed us everything down to the last cent. Here we didn't expect the same treatment but not even an "I'm sorry, talk to booking".
Moral of the story, we will return to Palermo and stay elsewhere. And if anyone asks us about this experience we will share what happened with the B&B Massimocentro.

Great location in city centre with parking lot, close to everything. You can easily walk to the most important locations in Palermo. Very helpfull and kind hostes. They meet our needs to leave the car for cople of hours after check out. Good breakfast.

The location is good! Unfortunately, the rooms need renovation. Bathroom door that only opens halfway, room door that almost falls out when you want to open and close it. But we thought the worst was the water, very dirty, cloudy water comes out of the tap and it also smells really bad. Minibar in the room but not working. All in all it was okay for 1 night but I wouldn't recommend it for the money you pay. Upon receipt there was no real help and I had to go to the address of the parking garage 5 times questions and then I was also told that the €20 that is stated everywhere is not correct but that it is €25. TIP: park on the street in front of the building in the blue boxes, where it costs €9 for almost a whole day.

Great, very clean, cozy, fabulous breakfast, very affordable price, very stylish rooms.

Refined, contemporary with an impeccable hostess. What else?
