The staff and the owner, Daniele, are described as incredibly kind, hospitable, and helpful people who create a family atmosphere and make guests feel at home. Daniele is always ready to provide advice on routes, restaurants, and attractions. Guests also specifically highlight the professionalism and kindness of the employee, Sonia. In some cases, check-in was organized autonomously based on clear instructions received prior to arrival.

Breakfasts are described as abundant, high-quality, and varied, with an emphasis on homemade pastries, cakes, and local products, including the traditional "u pane cunzatu." The menu includes fruit, yogurts, cereal, coffee, and cocoa. Gluten-free Schar sweets are provided for guests with celiac disease. Breakfast can be enjoyed in a bright room or in a small, cozy garden; however, one guest noted that the serving time, which ends at 9:30, could be later.
