The 4 stars are there only thanks to the services it offers… but the quality is low. Clean rooms, uncomfortable bed, friendly staff, cheap guarded parking, breakfast with supermarket products but quite varied.

Beautiful hotel located within Ragusa the rooms are modern and the bathroom spacious with the tub. Breakfast is rich ranges from salty to sweet. The friendly reception staff have something to say about the rude valet.

Good location at the beginning of the pedestrian area, spacious rooms maybe a little dated. It could cost a little less.
Breakfast is a bit poor Very packaged and little cool.

Hotel clean, convenient for location in the center and close to a number of big brands shops that are in the main course. The staff is very kind (especially the lady in the lobby) and the breakfast is plentiful and varies from salty (eggs, prosciutto formaggi) with dessert (cakes and croissants of all) fruit yougurt… The bathroom is spacious there is no shower but the tub with the shower head but I assure you it is U n Relaxing and clean environment. I will every time I go to Ragusa for work overnight in this hotel and I would not change it for others!

Located in the central area of Ragusa, in the middle of Via Roma, one of the main streets of the place, offers a very comfortable and affordable indoor parking. The property has had better times however it is maintained still in excellent condition, and although the furniture is dated some part of the room as the beds and the bathrooms, the fixtures and the parquet have all been modernized! The breakfast is great. Mr. Giovanni very attentive, kind and scrupulous took care of my intolerance to gluten and I found fresh bread gluten free, biscuits and breadsticks, others to a vastness of products, even the dried fruit! Prices from B&B, strategic location, and friendly hostess and always with the smile in your mouth!

Great hotel located in a strategic location to visit the city, which is perhaps redundant to say… beautiful. We are in the central Via Roma, a stone's throw from the cathedral. There are a myriad of nice restaurants nearby. The reception is pleasant and efficient. Spacious rooms with adequate facilities. The only relates to the garage service, to be reviewed. Not negligible the fact that the beautiful Ibla, Old Town, is reachable in about twenty minutes on foot, maybe for the return is advisable the small bus that leaves every half an hour. Recommended stay.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast. Driving to the place was a little confusing — the parking garage is under the bridge, you can't drive up to the front door.

Excellent city hotel, centrally located and easily accessible.

This hotel was fine. Nothing special. We were there between Christmas and Nye so no one was there and they didn't even bother opening the bar or restaurant which was kind of annoying as it was torrential rain and we didn't really want to go out. Other than that, it has a pretty decent location and the rooms were clean, if not all that comfy. If the price is decent, you can't really go too wrong.

The hotel is nice but at the front desk say they are Musoni is little. We posed the problem of the conditioner that was not going and they did not fix the problem and even changed the room. With the woodpeckers I return if I go back to Ragusa.

Hotel semi renovated, rooms and bathrooms spacious, should be revised the taps and suction, good quality of sleep. Good breakfast with a lot of parking Friendly staff. Negative note the bad smell of the hallways and inside the room.

Hotel in the centre of Ragusa. With garage. Nice clean. Polite and welcoming staff. Manager that satisfies the needs of the clientele. Full availability on the part of everyone. I recommend it. Beautiful Experience.

It's not a 4 star definitely. Noisy and smelly rooms with end-of-work materials. Normal breakfast. Bad Internet.

The Hotel was very friendly and the restaurant was very nice, especially Miss Bern who speaks French. Nice welcome.

The breakfast is fine but the room is too small.

The bedding is horrible I have a sore back and not want to spend a second more in bed the advantage is that I do not waste my time. There is a group of noisy children they run in. Xouloir from 6:00 to midnight it's hell and nobody tells them anything. It's clean but their detergent to a foul smell is unpleasant. The staff are very nice. Ideally located in the center in the most beautiful street of the city. Spacious rooms.

Clean but very formal, mostly for businessmen!

I stayed here one night. Excellent and quiet location. The room was clean and with everything you need.

The warmth and professionalism Of, in particular, welcome the Friends Group and John concordareno Alfio mi Kingdom to be enjoyed here. The city is wonderful. So is tourism.

Very elegant time, could do with a revamp. Shower old. Despite everything, the room was very comfortable and equipped with comfort. Reception and breakfast room nice and modern. Breakfast was good. Price more than fair, 80 euro/night, a double in August.
