Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice and functional rooms. Excellent value for money. Not recommended, highly recommended.

We stayed by chance at this hotel, fabulous location right in front of the sea, amazing staff immediately make you feel at home despite we only stayed one night.
There is also a very convenient free reserved parking, spotless rooms and great breakfast.
I highly recommend you stay overnight with them if you are in the area you will not regret it.

I came home today after a 3 night stay and four days with my friends.
The staff is welcoming and friendly and especially always helpful.
Breakfast is great and plentiful.
The view from the rooms is beautiful.
The rooms are large and clean.
Great location for walking on the promenade but also to move to neighboring countries.

And another nice and comfortable thing, is that coming out of one of the gates, just cross and you're at the beach, my best friend and I were a bit tired and didn't go out again in the evening with the car, the others moved, we instead ate at a pizzeria in the area and then we relaxed at the beach. If we had been in an area where there were no locals, no beach on the doorstep, we would have been forced to take the car.
He 100% recommended it.

Can only speak of the Restaurant and is excellent.

We were guests for 3 nights and overall we had a good. The hotel is not far from the free beach and has also a convention with a private beach (of which, however, we have not used). We have made use of the option with breakfast included, which we very satisfied with a good variety of sweet, pastries, tarts, cakes) and savoury (meats, croquettes, pretzels). The staff was kind and helpful with us for our needs. The room overall was good with air conditioning, tv, fridge and safe, the only sour note is relative to the shower of the bathroom that seemed to us to be not cared for.

We just had dinner at this hotel. Dishes were good (starter, grilled fish and anician cutlets). Too bad for the sweltering heat of the hall. There were air conditioners but depending on the table you are in, you freeze or you don't feel any benefit.

I went to enjoy the pizza and I have to say it was great. Fair prices. Good.

Great location near the sea: crossing the street there are beautiful beaches equipped, clean sea.

Close to the beautiful city of Noto (about 10 minutes). If you want to stay in the area it is preferable Marina to known because the night makes a lot less warm, for the rest of the evening around there is not much. By day the place is great and a stone's throw from the hotel is the sea. The establishment with which they are conventioned is beautiful and they cook very well. The staff is quite helpful although at times they seem a bit annoyed. In any case I recommend.

Stayed the last week of September 2017, family-run hotel, very nice, friendly and helpful, very rich breakfast with cakes of all kinds sweet and savory, made by them, delicious American coffee, served by the owner, Exchange Towels daily, very large and spotless rooms, really great mattress. You eat well at the restaurant. Randomly chosen but we will return, I highly recommend it. Thanks to Carmela and Paolo.

We give confidence to the brave. Hotel renovated with enormous growth potential. Excellent cuisine. Offers less amenities than some of his rivals but let's take time to this structure. We'll be back. Andrea e lucilla.

Hotel a bit dated but the service is good and the managers are friendly and helpful. Very clean.
