Palace you are really great, friendly environment, comfortable, clean and relaxing, discreet and professional staff … This time we returned accompanied by our little Mia a bulldoge French. We have stayed with her everywhere but never has she been given such a warm, friendly and dedicated welcome. Thank you very much for making our stay even more enjoyable. Just got back from a weekend and it was really nice. The hotel really nice, clean, the breakfast buffet and the kindness of the staff. Vote 10

The Hotel was nice and clean, excellent staff.

Perfect hotel not to big, just the right size. The pool area is fun and relaxing, you can get a fresh towel for a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and clean, housekeeping are doing a very good job here. Breakfast is delicious with lots of local specialities.
And last but not least the staff are super friendly and caring. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely consider coming back next year.

A modern structure in which you find everything for relaxation after the trip and to face visits to the city.
Great restaurant and breakfast, very well-equipped and clean rooms.
The pool is an extra touch.
Even the location outside the Old Town is convenient.

Lovely place, from the location where it is to the cleanliness, from the kindness of the staff to the organization, breakfast with everything fresh, of excellent quality, recommended to all those who find themselves passing by or who like me have decided to take their holidays in this part of Sicily.

Heated pool a bonus Very clean, no bad smells, switched on staff, reasonable prices, good position.

Modern structure located in the vicinity of the shopping area. Rooms are clean and have every comfort. The restaurant is very sophisticated. Sincerely nice dishes to see but with little substance. If you are hungry I advise you to go elsewhere.

Buin place to stay. Furnished by a man, it lacks a touch of personality. Mirrors and towel rests in the bathrooms positioned for giants. He doesn't have a mirror in the room. Comfortable pool Disappointing the kitchen, so decanted.

Nice side room and clean and tidy. Breakfast had good choices but set menu for dinners had no choice or alternatives especially for vegetarians.

Very good place, very clean and linear, to take as a point of reference, reasonable prices out of season. In the normal rooms do not suite the wooden beds pseudo tatami creak a little and the piping noise but in the whole beautiful new structure with swimming pool and open space with very comfortable private parking.

Nice Hotel in a very loud area. A car mechanic was across the street. The Room was quite small, but alright. Not for a longer stay, but okay for one or two nights.

Very hard to fault anything. The staff are attentive but not overbearing. Very friendly, rooms are very comfortable and clean, air conditioning certainly helped in the heat, clean swimming pool, and good food prepared to a high standard. Really enjoyed the stay and have earmarked it for a return.

Booked the hotel and then found out my son was very sick and had to have an emergency surgery and would need lengthy follow up treatment. Sent medical reports to cancel flights and to the hotel and other bookings every other company was so understanding with the horrible news and the totally extenuating circumstances apart from Modica palace hotel they only gave back 50% of the booking and after lengthy emails and lots of attempts to call the hotel manager with no call back. Sickening that they care about money more than their guests and total disregard for such horrible unforeseen circumstances that can not be helped. Lack of compassion and had the cheek to respond and say we thought your son was dead that's why we offered the 50%. Find a hotel with staff and management that care please do not stay here shudder to think how they would treat their actual guests!

Pay for a 4 S hotel, and then be sent to the breakfast bar with the voucher, I didn't like it absolutely.

Modern Hotel, good Service, old room.

Utter nonsense. No one's unfriendly here. Wi-Fi is available at any time. The cleanliness is perfect. The breakfast could have more choice, but at the price! The location is great, good to reach, closed parking. Pool area always tidy and clean. Can recommend this hotel without restriction.

Decent size rooms, hotel is modern and has a nice outdoor area with a bar and open pool. Clean and tidy bathroom, good breakfast with big variety of food, nice lounge area overlooking the garden. Rooms a bit noisy though.

A place of charm, exceptional value for money, excellent service.

No Internet connection, please within 4 days, despite the multiple no w-lan or Constant change of passwords, where it didn't work anyway. Extremely unfriendly Breakfast staff and bar extremely rude. Also the atmosphere of the restaurant area is extremely uncomfortable and cold. We had an extremely small room, dark, a mini balcony, and extremely uncomfortable. Possibility for dinner, extremely overpriced. Without a car you are lost here. Price/performance ratio is absolutely not suitable. A pity, because Sicily would certainly be worth the trip, but this hotel was unfortunately the letdown of the century… absolutely not recommended!

Total fucking Hotel. Extremely unfriendly incompetent staff is specifically insulted the Long Bar of the you even, no working Wi-Fi, rooms suck, small, dark, every noise from the neighboring room is heard as if only a sheet serves as a wall, constant dog barking in the neighborhood. Breakfast buffet is a joke. To forgive sorry, there are no 0 stars. Never been in a bad been Descending. People don't do this to you this madness, you will regret it bitterly.

Very good hotel, with great value. Inquire if hosts weddings; some problem arises (music high into the night, parking lot …). Forget the restaurant; Maybe an evening retort, but more than an hour to be served and great food but very scarce …

Very friendly and welcoming staff especially Giovanni the Barista truly dedicated to his work. It' always our pleasure to go there. Never disappointed and highly recommend!

Very friendly hotel, with staff of indisputable accuracy, professionalism and courtesy. Equipped for business meetings and conferences, is also equipped with a modern and functional decoration. This is the setting for sophisticated menus, coupons and much attention to detail.
Most of all there is a courtesy, that the entire staff has to feel comfortable with their guests.

Comfortable and well furnished. Great service and affordable prices. Located in a quiet place also has a nice pool with a comfortable bar service. The restaurant has a good menu for a fixed price very attractive.
