➜ Just back from this wonderful holiday and I already miss everything; courtesy, kindness, fantastic breakfast, clean and comfortable room… Not to mention the beautiful location of the B&B, with stunning views. ➜ Absolute discourtesy. I asked for the courtesy of cancelling the reservation without penalty or postponing the stay until next summer due to a (not indifferent) personal problem and they refused with some arrogance and discourtesy. I also turned to booking customer support who asked the property to provide for cancellation without penalty and also refused. Truly shameful.
