The place is very nice between Ispica and Modica, a warm welcome and excellent food.

It is always a great pleasure to come on holiday to Ispica. A delightful… so you can not say of this location / hotel. The hotel in general is very much neglected in all… including the cleanliness of the room and especially bathroom. Breakfast from the hostel. Poor and also set in a dull and also precarious. In the early evening, the reception closes… the gate of the avenue is dark and surrounded by the vegetation remains open. The rooms spread out from the tree near the parking lot unattended could become very dangerous for the safety of the guests. The experience at Villa Principe di Belmonte has been painful. Will be back for sure in Ispica by choosing another.

Beautiful location with a beautiful panorama, a well-groomed garden where to make buffets and more. Inside we find a nice mixture of old and modern very sober, there are original floors of the era and some walls still in plain sight that I liked. We ate well but it was an aperilunch so I can't judge chef and kitchen would be ungenerous. The waiters and in general the staff were kind and punctual what was always welcome. Being invited to a ceremony we did not see the rooms that welcome tourists throughout the year, but if so much give me so much …

Fascinating property in hilly area. Probably the dislocation of the rooms penalizes a harmonious and 360-degree experience of the hotel. The eye would need more attention to detail, I mean maintenance and green areas. In any case, the experience was overall positive. Good breakfast, also for the sympathy and availability of Mrs. Salvina.

The property is really beautiful and will have everything to be a really perfect place.
The problem is that the same property has two properties: Prince of Belmonte and Tower of the Sea.
Be careful because, when you book, you risk ending up at Sea Tower where you will not have any pool, no Wifi, no breakfast.
Besides, if you stay in Torre del Mare you find yourself in a really interesting place from a panoramic point of view but where there is no one to welcome you, there is no one to ask for support, there is no one to think about your safety (the structure remains always completely open; the only protection we had was a casket door, which practically opens with a whiff…
In order to enjoy the pool, Wifi and breakfast, you are obliged to take the car and make yourself a good kilometer…
Globally, good structure, good location, good potential but too many details left to chance (broken shower head, bulb left dangling, toilet that we found dirty on our arrival, a used plastic glass that we found at our arrival in the corner of the calmer and that no one has removed for a week despite the so-called daily cleaning of the room, etc. ), especially when the property is sold for a 4-star.
Finally, a special mention deserves Salvina, who will welcome you to breakfast with all the warmth that a real Sicilian can give you, adorable!

Hotel made from an old farmhouse. Mainly used for weddings. Staff helpful and friendly. The access road and the parking lot should be taken care of more. Discreet cuisine with hearty dishes.

The villa Principe di Belmonte is located on the State road 115 which connects Modica to Ispica Has been converted from an old mansion and renovated in a modern style. My experience is limited to the restaurant, in fact it is also used for wedding banquets. The chef was not that exciting, but full enough. Only defects in the service, the dining Room staff was not at the height of the situation, and the temperature inside of the room that is not adjustable, makes the stay at the table unbearable after a few hours.

The location is very nice located on the road that connects Modica to Ispica and is a patron villa used as an accommodation facility. I write my review on my experience at Villa Principe di Belmonte as invited to a banquet for a wedding celebration. Unfortunately, however, the service was not up to a 4 star structure, disorganization and little care by the staff for the guests, the only attenture received were those by the maitre who could not do everything.

I stayed here during one of my tours, great location, period of overcrowding and probably this h engraved on the food part on Allinet to the rest of the complex.

An old villa offering history and breathless views. Comfortable and large rooms well designed. This Villa offers a quite & relaxing area which includes a pool area. Breakfast can be improved and include more savoury items.

Beautiful villa of the nineteenth century, a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. A great place for a holiday among the scents of the earth and of the sea of Sicily; the friendly and stylish staff; good breakfast; pleasant music in the evening and relax in the pool. Beautiful Villa secular a beautiful location to make a holiday in absolute relax with all the comforts, the sea is other services are all 10-15 minutes away.

I think this wonderful place is not run by people qualified sin! and a nice place but for several factors I would take at least one! Too bad I repeat are some little things that would change everything!

Historical context of new renovation, large and bright rooms, beautiful swimming pool immersed in the green with breathtaking views. Pity that the room did not operate the Tv and had not warned us of a secondary entrance x I indented after midnight. Helpful and nice Mr. Breakfast service Ra Salvia.

It's a wonderful place. I was visited for a wedding day of my two mates. Very beautiful place.

This is the second time I stay here. I love this place. Aways had to come in the middle of the night and the second time had a very hard time to find it my GPS was very goofy. After few calls I spoked whit girl I believe her name was Stefania, and explain about my hard time to find the place she offered me to meet somewhere in the city and come and pick us up! I am very pleased whit hospitality and kindness from the whole staff! Pretty sure this not will be my last time! I have a business in Malta and every time I travel will visit this place! My favorite.
