After suffering from lotta crazy hostels in Italy, it’s just like your sweet point here.
The room is quite clean and toilet also.
Kitchen is decent and the most important is the balcony has the best view of Millazo, which will give you tranquil atmosphere.
You can even see volcano etna from your room.
(Btw, The roof has better view)
However the sound separation is very very bad so if ppl talk loudly in the living room and then it’s very hard for you to fall asleep.
Another bad thing here is that their staffs don’t have the passion to work here as they are just doing their working holidays here (some kind of exchange service for home stay).
Staffs asked as to lower the voice when we just talked normally at 9:30am in the living room because “there were still ppl sleeping. ”
However, ppl talked loudly in the living room at 11pm and you don’t even care?! You also joined the lousy chat?!
WTH 🤦 how do you dare to come up with double standard?!
I should have given this hostel 1 star because of this voice issue but these staffs will leave soon (I guess) and there will be more staffs joining.
I wish them to be good people and passionate in what they are doing.
I also believe that the owner will choose the staff with correct standards.
Great experience for very convient price. I met owner only once, most of the time there were two lovely ladies, I feel bad thst I didn't ask their names, they were really helpful.
Apartment is few steps from beach and from bus station also, Milazzo is great town, not too much small and not big either.
