The B&B has a brand new and very original appearance, the common areas are well looked after, tidy and very bright. Self check-in is really very convenient especially if you arrive late at night and the information given to us made it very easy. The staff is very professional and kind. The room is bright and spacious with elegant and brand new furniture. The room was perfectly soundproofed and, although we were next to the breakfast room, we didn't hear anything. Breakfast is complete with the possibility of preparing coffee, cappuccino and other hot drinks. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
➜ Wonderful, large rooms, spotlessly clean, furnished with great taste and with quality materials. Fantastic service, very efficient and very kind. Very convenient location and view of the strait. Absolutely not to be missed.

This B&B was very modern, quite nice minimalist rooms. We loved the room, with floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere and a view of the sea.
We had a pleasant stay, the location is good for visiting the city.
In terms of service, there is only one employee who is there in the morning, we rarely saw him. It’s a shame, it would be nice to see someone. There was no one there except us.
Breakfast is pleasant in a bright lounge, but it remains very basic (and the coffee was not good…)
Apart from these two or three minor flaws, we really liked the place, we recommend it if you are in Messina! For a luxurious room, and a beautiful view!
