Beautiful and enchanting location where you can spend relaxing days in absolute tranquility. Friendly and kind staff, always available. Excellent cuisine with the possibility of varying with the dishes… comfortable, well-kept and spacious rooms… crossing the avenue you move from the pools to the beach in a few meters … recommended and to try 👍

Resort overlooking the sea. Courteous staff and great place. Suitable for families with children and strollers. Huge and clean pool. Equipped beach and everything at your fingertips and above all without stairs! Good food and kind waiters and available to any particular need.

Back on September 10th, it was a great experience, the resort is beautiful, great welcome, the staff very nice, the room always clean, great food, we didn't make them because we wanted to rest but beautiful excursions offered.

I returned on Sunday from this beautiful village. We had a great time! Amazing sea, beautiful beach, perfect property, divine food, fantastic personal entertainment available and competent. What to say, I'd go back right away!

Beautiful place; especially in September because the beach is not very crowded and you enjoy the pool and hot tubs in the serenity. Dear all the Staff; prepared and professional.

My pregnant wife and I stayed at the Le Dune Resort from 20-Aug to 27-Aug and we found it to be very disappointing and definitely not a 4 star experience. It was a mix of poor service, lack of professionalism, low food quality and lack of cleanliness. WELCOME: There was no greeting from Francorosso at the airport or at the resort. It was very disorganized and the some of the staff did not even know where our room was located. We had called Francorosso in advance telling them that my wife would be 7 months pregnant at the time of the vacation and if there were any accommodations they could make to make it easier for her. Instead they put us in the room furthest from everything. We complained and they moved us to room 105 in front of the pool, so good that they moved us but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Then when you check-in they also make you pay 10 euros deposit for a crappy old beach towel that is fraying on the edges and you have to keep the same towel for the whole week without it being washed. Every other 4 star resort I've stayed at has a daily towel service by the pool/beach. ROOMS: The rooms are small. You cannot open the wardrobe door fully without it hitting the bed (see photo). On the positive side the bathroom is very large and well appointed, almost as big as the room. However they only provide you with "St. Jane" branded shampoo and no conditioner. Other 4 star resorts provide conditioner to guests, especially at a beach/pool resort.

Friendly and well maintained. Ideal for families and for everyone who needs to relax. Completely surrounded by "anything" has everything you need for a moment of rest. Direct access to the sandy beach equipped with adequate sea even to small children (a little chilly) with slow degrade.
Comfortable rooms (junior Council Pegasus).
Food nice and varied with great attention to the needs of children. Animation led by Ludwig, beautiful voice and a lot of comedy … Followed by Valerio discreet but always attentive and present, Matthew super polite and helpful and responsible young Silvia mini club that made me fall in love with my little girl!
Nice … Shame about the leaves (the wind doesn't help maintenance) that make you spend some poetry. (the sea is awesome)
Weaknesses: there are no indoor spaces. If it rains it is a problem the pools are not always spotless. Sin x, which are really nice Pillows uncomfortable (mattresses in adequate compensation) cannot walk to any restaurant is essential to have a car or rent strengths: small, cozy and clean.
Such kindness and availability discreet and competent Antonella (head massage) friendly … Will help to achieve the full welfare!
Good holiday … I think we will be back in September!
