Everything perfect, clean rooms, abundant and good food, beautiful pool, very good and kind waiters, reception also kind in short, everything excellent, except the animation.

Without doubt everything, kindness, availability, food, cleanliness, organization. Entertainment with lorj and salvo and the whole team, I recommend it to everyone.

My personal opinion is that I spent 4 days in a beautiful structure, the staff is friendly, few places in the pool, food cooked well, good cleanliness, poor animation number because only 3 people, the only flaw for which I would not return is for an animator Maria, rude, incompetent, offensive to all customers with jokes really out of place. For the other animators Loris and Jacopo nice, but the music ancient and repetitive. The room that happened to me overlooked the kitchens and early in the morning there was a big noise as they came to collect the differentiated garbage.

Four stars. I do not give 5 stars for the animation that could do its job in a better way but all in all we had a great stay. Definitely.

I was in this hotel from 2 to 5 July 2020, After a hard period of work as a nurse in the obstetrics department, during this time of Covid-19, I was looking for some relaxation to rediscover the lost serenity and unload the stress accumulated in these months and, thanks to the collaboration of my son Samuel I found a unique and exceptional place, with polite and attentive staff, friendly and kind in being with us customers. Lhopps hotel is a pearl of the valley mace, it is located near the center of mazzara and offers us customers the opportunity to enjoy the view of a wonderful shoreline also made spectacular by the solariums present on the promenade and thanks to the kindness of the manager, which allowed us to enjoy also this wonderful natural spectacle that presents itself to our eyes.

Great place, great amenities, new resorts and clean and beautiful rooms equipped. Eat yummy tt good and congratulations to Director Adel, very sociable person and very welcoming to customers. Congratulations to tt the staff, I recommend this place to anyone. Hellooooo.

Nice hotel, with big recently renovated rooms. Drawback is that the hotel is very noisy, you can hear the people next door speak, snore etc, also you hear the elevator all day. The bed is very hard, I don't like that, but maybe some people do. Food is oké, but don't expect a great variety of dishes. Drinks are available at different bars, but keep in mind that also beer and wine mostly come from automatic dispensers which is noticeable in taste. At the swimmingpool you can get a free sunbed but it is advisable to be in time because of other guest who reserve a bed with a town early in the morning. Staff is mostly friendly and they speak a bit English which makes it easy to order or ask something. The hotel is mostly visited by Dutch and Belgium guests.

There, I went thirty years ago. In the meantime, the world has changed, but the hotel is the same. I expected better.

After a very mediocre meal, worthy of a bad canteen, we preferred to take our meals in town!

Qualified staff and excellence, the only two drawbacks are the smallness of the hotel beach and little variety in the food offered.

The place is very nice, rooms are clean, food is fine, and you can drink as much as you want. The pool is very nice and kept clean. You have to pay Wi-Fi for every device you want to connect, but there is a public area with free Wi-Fi. The position of the hotel is ideal, and near some supermarkets.

A magical place. The hotel is really cosy and family atmosphere. The location is very strategic. 5 minutes from the historic centre of mazara del vallo from one side, while on the other side you can enjoy a beautiful pedestrian promenade. Staff helpful, kind and organized starting from the reception, from the lord of the plans, the dining room restaurant, housekeeping and bar. I invite you to go there as soon as possible, you will be happy with the choice. The price-quality balanced.

We started a bit downhearted… from some reviews that in my opinion, a little appropriate! Only flaw is the beach below… but solvable by moving to la tonnarella which in my opinion, far exceeds the "Mondello"! In the hotel, welcomed with precision and a lot of cash, qualified personnel. Animation wonderful! Except, Salvina and Mariella are wonderful! Joseph, you are a saving and excellent Antonello, like you little people! Beautiful! Clean rooms more than many 5stars! Restaurant: food is good, some xme ke are a lover of sweet… civorrebbe a pastry chef… but honestly, everything I ate I found it unobtrusive. We will come back!

Fighissimi! We were not well, but well… I, with my daughter we do kitesurfing and when there was no wind we stayed in the hotel, we are familiar with the employees, from the manager to the waiters, to the guys of the animation, lifeguard, reception, to the girls cleaning… all magnificent. The food? X Us good and abundant…, definitely hotel to recommend.

We were disappointed only to the sea and in front of the hotel, the beach there is not swimmable, then you have to have the camera to shoot the beautiful beaches about half an hour away. The Hotel is well maintained, the staff and the animators are very nice and friendly, the pool very nice.

The staff is friendly and the animation nice and prepared. I did not like having to use glasses small and having to get up and join the queue every time you wanted to drink. I liked the organization of the transport to the beach. Thou wentest forth to take the shuttle but it was always full and had a company leave and return.

This place is run-down: The beds are soft. The shower gets hot after 10 minutes. (At least it got hot) The Breakfast was poor…
