We did not like saving 12 months worth of our hard earned money for an exciting romantic vacation, which was supposed to be filled with comfort, relaxation, and quiet, but instead we traveled over 2700km, paying almost 200 euro per night and this is what we got:
— when we arrived we were told by the owner she will create an inconvenience by having us repack all of our personal items on our final stay to move to another room.
— Finding out the free Wi-Fi does not extend to our assigned room.
— Finding parts inside shower were broken, TV remote did not work, and hotel room walls were dirty.
— Discovering the partioned walls separating rooms are paper thin and you will not be able to sleep because noise from neihboring rooms.
— The website picture of breakfast is false advertising, the real picture of the breakfast is far away from their photo. And who serves breakfast for one hour 9-10? The convenience is for them not the customer.
— When we told the owner we will be leaving 4 days early because the room did not meet your expectations, she had unprofessional attitude and said; "our expectations is not her problem" … This makes no sense, when the failed expectations were due to her hotel room!
— Of course since we scheduled our 6 night stay thru Booking. Com, they leave refunds up to the owner, but the owner was delighted to charge us the full amount for all 6 nights! (that's evil).

The room was clean and comfortable, loved listening to the sound of the ocean from our room. Valeria thinks of everything:slippers and robe in the room and a beach bag, as well as coffee and tea, and bathroom amenities.
Breakfast is complimentary and delicious! We had tasty omelets and delicious pastries and cappuccinos.
Valeria and Edoardo were amazing! Answered every question we had and could not have been more warm and welcoming. We enjoyed dinner under the stars with them and felt like family.
The property is beautiful, steps from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay at Suitebeach. Hope to go back one day! ❤️
