The superior suite I booked is a superior scam.
You will enjoyed an amazing parking view from the living room, so you can admire your rental.
You like dust smell? You will looooove the bedroom, huge curtains around the bed, unwashed since 1800. From the window, a beautiful wall view to hide the highway right behind. Unfortunately it’s not tall enough so you can still see the trucks passing by. The height was probably a tough choice to make so there is a still a little day light coming in.
The sweet sound of traffic will most likely wake you up at 6am.
Before running away from this mess, don’t forget to use the state-of-the-art shower that fits perfectly for 1/2 people.
I’m very glad cause seeing that I was not happy with the room, the owner kindly offered me that I find myself an other hotel, without any refund of course because I selected a non-refundable rate. This is all my fault anyway, as he well said I should have asked before coming if there was a wall in front of the bedroom window hiding a highway.

The rooms are beautiful, gives you a royal feeling. Though in closer inspection its seen better days. There's no A/C in the bedroom. The gardens and the pool are very well maintained too.
The only negative. There's no fresh breakfast available. Though you book with breakfast. All you get it choc croissants served when you arrive for the next day, and the rest already in the rooms. Toast bread without toaster, butter jam in the fridge! A no go for me when I book a room with breakfast.
I just got a response from the owner/manager. I stand corrected that breakfast is NOT included.
True it is a huge suite for a huge price which I repeat has seen better days. The paint from the wall is actually peeling away n that they keep the complimentary chocolate croissants open without a cover, overnight, there are ants crawling around. Forgot to include this the first time. Not expected, when, as the manager pointed out we are paying this kind of money.

Not easy to rate. The property has gorgeous garden with great swimming pool. There are just a few rooms there so most likely you can have it for yourself. The host is great. There were some drinks and food waiting in the room while we arrived. The rooms are stylish although the paint peels off the walls in some places. But the property is located close to busy road in the middle of unattractive area. In addition to that there was no AC or ventilation in the bedroom while I could not open window at night due to noise outside.
