Already on the phone, talking to the owner Mrs. Beya, she made a great impression on me. But when we arrived, we immediately breathed a genuine courtesy and hospitality and sympathy that immediately conquered us, a truly exceptional woman with a great heart. The hotel is a stone's throw from the sea, and the restaurant is on a beautiful terrace on the beach where you can breathe a beautiful air, the cuisine is the really excellent food Mr. Sebastiano a chef of 10 and praise, The staff is the kindest we have met in recent years, to return with real pleasure. I highly recommend it.

The food is great great cuisine service, great lady fantastic wonderful place.

Total disappointment. Window on an inner wall, and historical minimum services. Even the sea did not live up to expectations.
Beautiful archaeological park, non-existent the rest, I'm sorry but it was like that!

Very friendly staff. Private beach in front of the hotel with umbrellas and sunbeds; uncrowded but terribly ventilated, with dirty access ladder and full of broken bottle windows. Dusty room, located on the second floor without an elevator, with a very noisy air conditioner (also turned off uninterrupted noise of water downs). Reserved parking, but along the way. Unspeakable breakfast.

Cost-to-quality ratio among the highest ever verified. Wonderful place in the vicinity of the Temple Park, fairytale sea, oscar food (for those who understand something, if not go to McDonald's). In the off-season I'm paying 115 euros for two people in half board… Well? Do you weigh taking your bags to the second floor? Pay twice as much and you've solved the problem. But, I assure you, you will still eat worse. Hard to eat better than here! Do vobis.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a family-run establishment… Certainly not all rooms are beachfront. But by booking for time you are sure to have what you asked for… And then the view is wonderful. The cuisine of Sebastiano is the best Sicilian tradition can offer and the smile of Mrs. Bea completes the friendliness of the environment. We'il be back as soon as possible.

Breathtaking views of the sea and the temples of Selinunte. Traditional Sicilian cuisine without equal. Recommended the grilled fish and the cous cous, the best of Selinunte!

Delicious on the sea… large and great restaurant covered terrace on the sea. Family treatment but great. All managed by a special woman with a heart of gold… Beya!

As far as I'm concerned I don't think I will come back. The abrupt and even rude ways of the lady at the reception, annoyed also in giving simple information, albeit counterbalanced by those of the remaining staff, have left a bit of bitterness in the mouth.

Negatively shocking! We were allocated a room (booked a month before and not at the last moment! ) … which to say well was a ' tomb '. We had requested a sea view room… but we had a room view ' shed of not know what ' with wooden ladder and metal of an adjoining restaurant used all night by people who obviously had to move to reach the various places… (Noise! ) and two engines (I don't know what they needed) side to the window that turned on letting us think of traveling inside a truck! We could not turn on the air conditioning that according to the lady was there… but we did not notice… cleanliness of the room minimal. We would not recommend it… the next morning we ' fled '…!

Quiet place exquisite food, ideal for a couple you want to grant a holiday in total relaxation, I recommend it.
The only thing to note is that the hotel has no lift, so it is advisable not to charge the suitcases too much.

More than a hotel, it looks like a guesthouse. We found the room with a very high temperature (despite having communicated our arrival in the late afternoon), the refrigerator and the lamps with the outlets disconnected.
The car park, mentioned on the site, does not exist.
There is no lift! We had to walk up the suitcases, for two floors!
No intercom in the room, NE to communicate with the outside (necessary because the phones, Vodafone and Tim, both without line! ) nor to communicate with the reception!
Two storeys walk, to communicate, several times, that the air conditioner (noisy) did not cool the room!
In short the price is high for the type of structure, old enough and is not ' justified by the number of stars (excessive for the structure)

A great hotel. Breakfast is from 8am to 10am, they clean the rooms every day. C is also a small refrigerator. Included There is a beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea. A private beach is also included with the lifeguard and the Rocca.

Stay at end of June 2016, rooms with sea view. A cosy hotel with 24 rooms, declared with 3 *. Equipment of the rooms with relatively large bathroom, (shower on the ground floor, all very clean and fairly new), air conditioning, flat screen (who needs it on vacation…) and a small refrigerator for private beverages. Very good beds, ample cabinets. Room service is perfect! Every day towels and sheets, also every day new Cup for private beverages. Breakfast (included) sufficiently, if also somewhat monotonous; Fried egg an absolute must and tasty. The hotel's restaurant "Villa Miramare", saying what something has to best kitchen in the square… The service is also exemplary, the waiters always discreetly in the background, but just at the right moment on the spot. Heavy cloth napkins! Prices are going OK. The view from the balcony (and the restaurant terrace) is almost staggering, the beach access is close. The hotel has a private beach, prepared the own lifeguard chairs and umbrella, during an extended walk, the own stuff are well looked after. Who recover from stress and hectic pace of everyday life, would slow, is lifted here, another visit we look with anticipation towards. The archaeological site of Selinunte are within walking distance, really worth a visit.
