Antico Borgo Petralia Guesthouse

Set on the edge of Mount Etna Regional Park, Antico Borgo Petralia is actually an ancient hamlet that opened to the public in 2011. It features a pretty courtyard, garden and swimming pool.
A buffet breakfast is served each morning and snacks and drinks are available from the bar. Free parking is provided and a shuttle service is available to the north slopes of Mount Etna and the nearest beach is 12 km away.
Rooms are cool and comfortable with tiled floors and air conditioning. Each room is different at Petralia Antico Borgo and some have sloped wood-beamed ceilings. In each room you will find a flat-screen TV with free Sky channels and free Wi-Fi access. Some have a balcony, some views of the mountains or sea.

Vacation at Borgo Petralia feels like going on holidays at your friends place. Your stay will start with a really warm welcome, we were offered some refreshments and very helpful information about the surroundings. The breakfast can be described as outstanding with home made cakes/foccacia baked by the family, fruits from their own garden and eggs from their own chickens. Magnificent, large pool with an amazing view, where you can spend a relaxing day with the possibility for lunch snacks and dinner cooked by the family. It is perfectly situated for trips to Catania (35 Min), Taormina (40 Min) and Syrakus (1h15Min) and a variety of beaches. Don't miss to visit Sara's family at Borgo Petralia, where true and warm hospitality await you. Marvellous accomondation (spacious and very clean rooms), the best hosts one can imagine. We didn't want to leave at the end of our stay. Highly recommended.
