An exceptional hotel with great attention to every single detail.
The staff is very welcoming kind and accommodating. I took a suite and it is very, very spacious with a huge bathroom where there is a shower and Jacuzzi, a large terrace and a comfortable lounge with flat screen TV.
The services are excellent. A gourmet restaurant where the food is truly exquisite.
Even the relaxation area of the Spa and the pool are super clean and well organized with a staff always attentive to your every need.
Definitely to come back but also to recommend.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful clean pool, large, very nice greenery. My husband and I spent a beautiful day at the pool surrounded by great music and an excellent lunch in the garden. Smart staff and attentive to the customer. I also tried the SPA last winter and was very happy, all very clean. What can I say, I will definitely come back. I recommend it.

Wonderful place… We highly recommend to everyone very friendly staff great service. Food of the highest standard… We spent a day in full relaxation spa efficient staff qualified for massages … spotless and comfortable rooms. What can we say we plan to return as soon as possible. Value for money 10!

Structure overall well kept. Great food. Quiet and soundproofed rooms? Even not! All night we heard the sound of heels from upstairs, moving tables and whatnot. Noise finished at one o'clock and resumed at eight o'clock. Another sore point, I used the holiday bonus, in the estimate gave the full amount (excluding drinks and spa) covered by the bonus, you wanted € 30 more defining them for income deduction. I BOH! You should point out certain things to her.

Very bad service, bad food. Rude from the first to the last. Only positive note the cleanliness, let's say it is not excellent but it can go. The room spacious, summarily comfortable, apart from the pillows which are practically invisible. The kitchen say bad is little, one evening they brought a cutlet to my son, I would say that the sottiletta is thicker, I'm sorry I thought too late to take the picture. I don't think they use salt. Not to mention the avarice in the courses. We were a group, at a conference, they certainly won't see us again.

Although it is a not brand new structure … we highly recommend going there😉 All the staff fantastic… from the Reception… passing through the Spa … Swimming pool and Restaurant where in addition to the kindness of the waiters you will find the metre (SG Matteo) dedicated to his work with excellent service … WE WILL BE BACK 😉👍😉

I used the outdoor pool. The staff is friendly, especially the lifeguard who was helpful and attentive to our needs. Cleanliness and courtesy at the top.

We had a beautiful day, very nice Arab route (without the pools given the restrictions). Couple massage wonderful professional staff. And finally lunch with flakes, all very good indeed excellent.

The part that bothers the most? the massage!
paid another 45€ per person lasted 46min and not 50 as it is written, clearly executed by interns, with all due respect to the interns but at this point it is said first and you pay less!
I will never use the Spa or beauty center again of course.

I celebrated my daughter's confirmation on Saturday 9 October, I already knew the place x reasons for work but what to say for this important day for my family! Impeccable service, doc set-up, courtesy and kindness at the top, punctuality in the service and an excellent menu in the flavors and dishes served hot, an amazing buffet. Fresh and fragrant flowers on the tables. They sent us in reception the maximum availability. I want to mention two people in particular extraordinary, Desirée Gugliemino x the care of the set-ups and the advice on the menu and the room maitre if I am not Gianluca. Two columns of the resort. Spacious room and bathroom and both very clean. The restaurant is great. Very kind barman Alessandro and yummy His cocktails.

I recommend the place as it is located in a relaxing place and the staff are very courteous. Very nice the area dedicated to the outdoor pool, beautiful garden and comfortable the adjacent bar, the pool is large and deep, only sin however the conditions in which it is kept, it would be appropriate a renovation of the seabed now corroded and detached in several parts ugly to see and to touch with the feet as well as a greater cleaning of the water often murky and with presence of land and other material on the bottom. A pity because the place itself is very nice.

Nice and clean rooms. The only big flaw is the outdoor pool and its bar closes at 5 p. M.

Maintenance from crap I'd say! C was a broken tile that caused me a deep cut to the foot, in the end it is not even sorry to anyone and I had to pay the total amount! Basically I couldn't take advantage of everything I deserved and I came home with a cut to my foot! Discouraged. I will never go back!

I was in this hotel one night between 1st and 2nd September. The hotel is discreet conditions. Good cleanliness, large and comfortable rooms, friendly reception staff, high quality food and outstanding room staff. Negative notes: you can not close the spa for maintenance in this period, you can not close the pool to prepare Weddings disfavoring so Customers staying in the hotel.

Nice property! You eat well. I had the pleasure of attending a wedding carried out structure. As a welcome and assistance nothing to discuss. One of the best restaurants I've been to.

Dream weekend
I was with my husband and cousins for half a pension. Upon arrival at the reception we were greeted by Giuseppe, a really very polite, professional and nice person, we felt really all pampered by him. The property deserves all the stars with all its heart. You eat very well, you are fine, and it is very clean, congratulations for everything, especially for the nice, kind and polite staff, both the staff in the room and the staff in the pool, even the girls in the rooms are really nice and polite, thanks to all of you and the wonderful structure you have. Great Hotel. Very popular for events in general (weddings, meetings, business meetings, etc. ). Very professional and prepared. Great cuisine. Excellent service and maximum availability. Small parking for the property. Not very easy to get there, but with a few more road signs it would become.

Airy and tidy rooms, friendly staff and good food both for breakfast and at the restaurant. Hotel needs some refurbishing, that's all.

I was there with my wife and daughter at a convention. Well-maintained property, spacious and comfortable rooms, large common spaces, good breakfast, restaurant sometimes a bit in a rush with service. 3 conference rooms with a theater style. The only part that would need some maintenance is the pool. Good starting point for inland excursions, a 5 min drive away there is a large shopping complex.

Wonderful place. The hotel is large and modern it has a very large inside parking lot. Very friendly staff. They gave me a room upgrade so I don't know how normal they are. Mine was an apartment… Perfect and spotless. Breakfast is also very good. I finish with the price. Really good.

I am giving one star only because there is no option to leave no stars at all! We had the misfortune to stay at this hotel in April 2018. The outdoor pool was closed as it was supposedly too cold and out of season, despite being nearly 30 degrees and there being no mention of this on the hotels promotional material! On arrival we were told we would need to pay the staggering sum of10 Euro per person per hour to use the indoor pool, something that is again NOT stated on the hotel website despite what the hotel claim. We asked to view the pool, to see whether it was worth the investment, and were told abruptly 'No'. This was the start of the staffs sullen and rude behaviour towards us. By the end of the week, when we walked past reception the team member walked away. When I went to reception to ask a question, the telephone was answered mid conversation. The hotel boasts two restaurants — in reality there was one, which was expensive, although I admit the food tasted nice. At the time we stayed there was no outdoor furniture at all meaning an uncomfortable week, as our room only contained a desk chair. Moreover, maintenance work was taking place outside our room so we endured noise and smells associated with this for much of the time. Breakfast was a buffet, but frequently ran out of key items. It was sometimes challenging waiting to see if these would be replaced (even after asking) as the hotel is in a small town with a very sporadic bus service.

The place looks elegant and refined, the staff helpful, professional and friendly. We tried the spa route and we were more than happy with it, definitely going back. The value for money is good.

Pretty hotel with large, well appointed rooms. Food was very good. Key card scanner thingy for my room was faulty leading to trouble getting into my room as well as frequent power outs in my room. I did report this but the maintenance guy blew me off. Otherwise good.

I am regular customer of the hotel, I have always found it good but it is time to leave a constructive feedback. Some areas are really poorly reduced, it is urgent maintenance especially at the Wellness Center: peeling roofs, raised pool coverings with evident cracks in the enamel hot tub area with dirty floor and many other small details That until recently did not exist. I trust in a quick resolution to restore splendor to this hotel!

Flashy structure, but little cared for the interior details. Masks of the current outlets that fall to graze them, drain the bath that fits and does not turn back. The rooms are very basic I travel a lot for work and I can say that I expected more from this property.

I attended several times at events organized at this hotel. From dinners to shows with dinner, refreshments for special occasions (graduation birthdays etc. ) to days in the pool… And so on. Always satisfactory, with excellent service and with the quality and variety of high level dishes.

I had already been to Villa Itria last year! And I returned, because I remembered that living the Villa Itria and the whole setting, has a certain charm! I feel at home. You are very kind and considerate of everything. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff is very friendly So what about, it says there is no two without the three, surely I will return again!

Clean, in general hotel ok but it's getting older — needed sime renovations to be real four stars. Pool is paid and it's getting old as well. In general not so bad but 4stars,

Yesterday I visited this property. What to say… very bad services in the SPA, poorly organized, too many people, hygiene in my opinion poor given the too much turnout, long waits to take advantage of the services tral other NN all working (for the pool), the area relax herbal teas and poor fruit. The Discreet Restaurant (food) served the bread of the day before, and the dessert treats it as a third course. In my opinion expensive for the services they offer.

We stayed at this nice modern property last summer and I have to say we enjoyed it. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Even quadruple is divided into two really cute floors. The restaurant is elegant, the kitchen tasteful. I didn't partake of any service but I got to see the pool and the SPA; It seemed clean and well maintenanced. I would say it is a beautiful oasis.

With my wife we took advantage of the private SPA.
Excellent Location for a romantic and relaxing evening. All areas are well-finished, heated and clean. The staff is very courteous and professional. The relax area is equipped with herbal teas for all tastes and a rich fruit basket at guests ' disposal. We spent two hours that we will hardly forget.
Next time we'll try the inclusive dinner option.

Bad experience during a circuit at the end of October 2017 the hotel is of quality unfortunately it organizes very noisy evenings (with orchestra) in rooms located just under certain rooms especially the WE with the consequence impossibility To sleep before 2:00 in the morning. So to avoid if you plan to sleep…

Fabulous place… Recommended! Staff and super qualified service… Too bad for the spa closed for maintenance but, definitely going back to be able to admire it! Come is really very pleasant.

I refer to the restaurant room only: very skinny and under my personal expectations given the importance of the structure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Outdoor tables close to cars and grey interior room both as color and as mood transmitted.

The hotel is very well worth it. Well equipped in every detail, as for the very qualified staff.
We stayed in late June and early August. In 2 rooms one standard and the other suite. The first very welcoming and spacious, while being a standard room is higher level than other facilities. The suite has, however, all the conveniences of the case, without forgetting anything. Cured in every detail, from the terrace to the bathroom, from the living room to the bed. And again we had a great time, I highly recommend it for those who have a little girl who loves to run, because the room is really large, divided into 2 rooms plus the terrace that from to the main entrance of the structure. Small note in favor of Internet connection. Really good. I have never sailed so quickly in a hotel structure, certainly thanks to the provider but also to the structure Wi-Fi, the quality of a structure is seen, today as today, also by the quality of the Internet service.
Five Star Restaurant! Whichever dish you choose is served as if we were at MasterChef! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dishes are plentiful and the staff at Sala qualified. The only flaw, if you want to call it is the lack of dining at lunchtime (the whole is entrusted to the pool bar, with sandwiches and yummy salads) this for those who, like us, were going to opt for the full board. Finally the spa Arabia. Soft lighting, great indoor pool, great booking management, never find confusion.

I booked to relax 1 night and change air… What about I couldn't sleep due to a continuous endless hum lasted throughout my stay and I think it came from the air conditioner even though it turned off in my room. I also had a spa package recommended to me by the travel agency where I booked and was disappointed that the water smelt of mildew in the Jacuzzi and in the Turkish sauna, the emotional showers are usually scented and here they were odorless as It's about cleaning the rooms instead it was all very clean the property is very pretty but I don't think I'll be back
As for the restaurant considering that in €100 a person was including a lunch we ate quite well without excelling in anything… The service is in sufficiency and they had the courage to charge me 3 euros a bottle of water… What a shame it costs 0, 20 cents a bottle of water after I leave you €200 the minimum would include water in the menu.

Good breakfast and modern hotel with large rooms. Bar stayed open late and hotel is pretty when lit up from outside. Air-conditioning didn't really work, and a little understaffed. Spa looked nice; gym pretty bare bones.

Some parts of the hotel are great large open plan and decent sized rooms with good outdoor pool facilities. However parking is problematic with not enough spaces, air conditioning was poor in our room, although I know it was better in other rooms. The pool closes at five which is early and closed earlier with little warning to allow for a wedding. The spa is very worn with tiles missing off the pool which my wife cut her feet on. Breakfast is good and good lobby, had a lot of functions going on which was fine but felt that hotel guests weren't the centre of their business. Not up to a four star for me.

The hotel has a great SPA grande, equipped of all the confort, nice and professional staff, shame the hotel, despite good potential is not up to par. Mediocre restaurant and rooms that require a bit of maintenance.

Stayed in one of the older parts of the hotel. Still a bit dark compared to the newer or renovated rooms, but, but very clean and very comfortable. I had a large bubblebath in the bathroom and a suprisely small showerstall. Food was classic Italian and good. Extra points for the staff for singing "O Sole Mio".
