An enchanting location, with attention to detail, a wonderful décor and a service offered to guests of the highest level, in my opinion far above many other noble locations. I felt like a king, treated as well as ever anywhere else. Rating 10 and praise.

We have recently spent some quality time at Donna Carmela Boutique Resort & Lodges. A little gem nestled within the most beautiful, peaceful and green landscape.
Its lush gardens and flowery fragrance of the frangipani and jasmine embrace you from the moment you arrive and transports you back into a tropical land. The resort is located within a few miles away from Taormina, Catania and Mount Etna.
What a great location for those who love sightseeing! We loved our lodge with its private jacuzzi and surrounded by mountains and breathtaking landscape views.
The rooms' decor and bedding is of high quality & standards; the cleanliness impeccable. Dinner was amazing, all the staff were very friendly, yet professional and accommodating.
Everyone we met came across as genuine in the true Sicilian hospitality style. I strongly recommend DC resort, we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you DC.

Breathtaking location, very knowledgeable bartender, gourmet cuisine.

Visually very pretty. Rm 4 best of the standards with massive private terrace — its the restaurant roof. Drinks and food v expensive even for taormina area and restaurant and pool area too small for the number of guests. Free mini bar in the rooms with water, soft drinks and beers, wines and spirits.

Great breakfast, beautiful setting, helpful and relaxed staff. Dinner can be a bit hit and miss, but generally I loved staying here. Fix the Wi-Fi please guys!

I found a great shoulder season offer for this hotel on Travelzoo, supplied by Fleetway Travel. Lovely stylish boutique hotel set among one of Europe’s largest tropical plant nurseries. The owners of the hotel are one of the largest exporters of tropical plans in Europe and you can work up a pre-dinner appetite by walking among them. Especially if you plan to hit the primi and secondi! We stayed in two different rooms over our stay. The first room 29 was in a high vaulted ceiling rooms opposite reception. Very stylish with designer furniture, polished concrete floors, natural wood, and modern designed features. It was great, but a little dark and the small outside space was narrow with a high hedge and which faced onto the car park. So if you prefer design and space over a view it’s perfect. We wanted a view and the hotel quickly and politely moved us to the other side on request. To a two-floor apartment, with balconies on each floor. One facing the sea, the other across the lush green landscape with a view of Etna (room 12). The hotel is remote. You either need a car or you can just take one of the free excursions laid on by the hotel. Each day of the week has a different itinerary and they drop off and pick up. Which I think is very helpful given the remote location. Stunning views. Both of the sea from the rooms and pool while and at dinner, you can watch Etna as the smoke plumes turn to orange as the sun sets behind it.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing food and very helpful staff. They cannot do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable. Hotel shuttle is a bonus and very useful. A little gem of a hotel.

Luxury boutique. They make you feel special. Dinner overpriced but amazing breakfast don't miss it!

Beautiful grounds that invite you to feel at ease. Friendly and helpful staff in every location. Super room with view to the Etna or also to the sea and the resort. Food is really the hammer. Sicilian tradition… with style and professionalism! Lovely place, immersed in the green. Refined and pleasant environment. Dishes presented in a very elegant and with excellent quality of the products. The staff Very welcome to the final giveaway: a jam of their own production.

On the recommendation of Michelin dined in this lovely jekogostinice near Riposto. The road to the restaurant goes through the Jasmine Garden, a great terrace among the bushes and trees. Great service, big wine list and interesting menu, worthy of Michelin star. Especially liked the pasta with bottargoj of tuna, beef medallions and a terrific cappuccino dessert. I recommend to all gourmets.

Donna Carmela is a great place to be! Set in a beautiful, mediterranean garden with a nice view of the Etna. Tastefully decorated rooms, very helpful and friendly staff and delicious food.

Nothing to complain about except for the weak water pressure. First day was raining but second day, we had some sunshine. Dinner at their restaurant was very good, and they were child friendly. Nice surroundings and attentive staff. I wouldn't call this a farm stay by any stretch. More lux than both Mandronova (more rustic) and Monaci.

Donna Carmella is a lovely comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The staff are lovely, the service is superb & the food was excellent. The hotel is rather isolated & very quiet so very suitable for a very relaxing holiday.

I celebrated wedding anniversary. Magical place… dinner under the olive trees… swimming pool enchanting… beautiful plants. Excellent service. All very nice…
