We spent our holiday here second time. Friendly staff, well cleaned rooms. Only the breakfast needs some refresh because we ate for 10 days the same food and we all know, italian food is world famous. Also coffee needs some improvement. That is why I would give just 4 rating.
I also lost my charger in the room and no one apologised. A bit disappointed.
All in all I would recommend this hotel.

The staff in the evening restaurant and the cleaning staff are fantastic! They made our stay very welcoming. Beautiful hotel, beautiful views from the rooms.

Very nice hotel and well kept, all very clean but the most remarkable thing is the deal perfect with us and our daughter.

No kettle in the room hot water for baby cost money.

An excellent hotel at Aci Castello, 30 minutes by car from Catania center. The design of the rooms is amazing. The staff is kind and answered all our questions with patience (there were a lot of questions. ). There is a pool nice pool, and a small fitness room with some basic equipment (don't expect a gym). The only thing that bothered me was the very basic breakfast (for example, cherry tomatoes where the only vegetables). Even though I recommend this hotel very much, only if you have a car with you.

Very nice room, very wide, with beautiful terrace and sea views. In the bathroom Hydromassage for two remarkable. Breakfast with a view of the sea. If we really wanted to find something to improve, access to the pool in the morning is allowed a little late and in the evening closes too early; taking a bath after 8pm or early in the morning before starting a working day, would be great.

Great place in general. It would be 5-stars but there are 2 negative disturbing things. 1) Terrible Wi-Fi coverage besides a few spots. Even in the rooms… (not acceptable). 2) The only TV channel showing football world cup matches was freezing and interrupting (signal errors). Very nice setting, hotel is renewed and clean. Very nice pool. Amazing view of the seaside. A few nice caffes and restaurants close to the hotel.

We happened upon it by accident. We were greeted with the utmost kindness, looked after and pampered by all the staff. From the shuttle driver, to the receptionist, from the bartender to the room manager and especially by the restaurant staff, especially Floriana, all exceptional. Beautiful and very organized hotel. For me 5 stars deserved. Thank you again.

Modern structure with every comfort. I stayed at this hotel on 02/06/2018 with a group of friends, for a tour organized in Sicily. It was a very nice hotel. Great bathrooms with huge shower cabins. We were greeted very well by the very friendly staff. The dinner at the restaurant Gattopardo really good, a lot of attention of the staff to the only child of the group (who did not eat fish) with dishes prepared for her. The breakfast full of every delicacy takes place on the fourth floor, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the coast of the Cyclops. A short distance from the center… But great location for those who want to relax. Recommended! Soon we will return.

I had the pleasure of celebrating to the president the first communion of my son and besides having dined divinely tasting the delicacies of the chef Alfio we received an excellent reception from both the staff and the Lady Vera… A heartfelt thanks for organizing everything in detail in a spectacular way. Loved the hotel. Clean, friendly staff, beautiful view. Not 5 stars only because the breakfast was a little less than expected. To be fair we arrived 30minutes before breakfast was over so maybe the staff decided not to bring out anything new. I'd definitely visit again.

Great Hotel. Comfortable, clean and food quite good. Only downside, which is in a slightly uncomfortable location from downtown, right above a very steep hill. They give you shuttle and taxi x shifts, of course to your charge.

New construction at the top of Aci Castello that enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea in which the Cyclops stand out. Rooms with furnished terrace and very spacious, equipped with every comfort. Too bad the temperatures did not allow to use the nice pool! Good breakfast sweet, salty, with fruit and fresh juices. Only problem at this time, work on the main road and then long route to reach it with vehicles.

The only side very but very negative is the night porter: Rude:D to dismiss! But for the Hotel, … One adjective: fantastic!
That is that it is almost "miraculous" very good, beyond the exceptional expectations; That distinguishes itself from the norm and, to look for the fur in the egg, the minibar is poorly stocked.

Great hotel with a beautiful view. The restaurant is outstanding and there is even a supermarket nearby. Private swimming pool available.

Very beautiful & clean hotel!

Beautiful newly built hotel. Staff. Great breakfast buffet. Available free parking, swimming pool (Nice) and the connected and Wifi.

The fact that this hotel overlooks the sea at an elevated height makes it gorgeous. The pool is really gigantic and it is well sunny. The main entrance is very characteristic and on the left side there is a heliport (it is not difficult sometimes to see a helicopter parked or during takeoff). The whole place makes it one of the places I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately I saw little, just outside, so my opinion is not worth much. Hotel externally very nice, beautiful panorama, overlooking a backdrop characterized by the sea of ACI Trezza/ACI Castello. The conference room with the annexed rooms are very organized, the staff efficient and helpful, luxury hotel, if I had the opportunity I would book right away.

Wonderful place! I was at the President Park Hotel with my fiance on the occasion of our anniversary. The location is really nice and well done, the rooms are beyond that very nice equipped with every comfort, the staff is super nice and prepared. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to dine inside the hotel due to the commitments, but I am sure that the restaurant is also great. Just a few minutes ago we finished our breakfast which I have to say was very rich and with a wide variety of choice. We were really happy with everything. Definitely. A place where you can relax! The view from the rooms is really nice. And the very special structure. I recommend it and do 5 stars because they are really deserved. I hope my review will help. And the first volt that we are customers of the President Park Hotel is will definitely be the first in a long series. Have a nice day.

Perfect location for any event. The organization has been taken care of in detail, great food as well.
The view of Aci Castello, which is the setting for this magical Hotel, is also wonderful.

Location Spacious and well-lit rooms. Sea view and swimming pool to take your breath away. Too bad for the rooms with a view at the back. Well-ordered common areas. Nice and helpful staff.

Great location and view. It offers an oasis of Tranquility af just 2 km from the highway and the center of Aci Trezza. Great services offered especially breakfast with local sweets. Absolutely low prices.

Beautiful holiday in September in this hotel. I thank heartily except that it gave me the opportunity to add another person in the booking made by a little, beautiful room overlooking the pool kept, cleanliness reigns sovereign… thank you heartily and good job at all.

Great Location Excellent structure for hosting Congresses and events thanks to the many rooms available in the appropriately equipped. Large outdoor Pool.

I was in August of 2013. A hotel pass. Although a bit far from Aci Castello to make it walk. The very spacious rooms. Special breakfast. Very attentive staff help you in everything like all Sicilians. From there you can visit the wonderful island of Sicily although we need much time to get to know it thoroughly. Volvere.
