We ended our week-long stay today! I can't complain about anything: clean and quite spacious and comfortable rooms, super professional waiters, courteous and caring, great food both at breakfast lunch and dinner… cute and caring bartenders, exceptional entertainment from shows to games to schech, cabaret all super fun, water gim, group dances, always available, cheerful, affectionate and caring even with children … my 2 and a half year old son was pampered by everyone from the animators to the waiters! we will definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone!

We have recently, spent 2 weekends at villa zina, we were quite satisfied with everything, super clean hotel, fantastic pool, great food, very kind and caring waiters, not to mention the head waiter, Mr. Giuseppe, welcomed us as if we knew each other, a really smart and kind person … We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

We are here for a weekend… and I must say that everything is beautiful especially the cleanliness in the rooms and everywhere … at the restaurant all impeccable and good service top friendly and attentive staff especially Mrs. Francesca and Mr. Salvatore and others unfortunately you do not name but all very helpful polite and sociable👌 for my little girl I had all the comforts we recommend it.

Maximum cleanliness, great food, beautiful rooms, beautiful pool and very large, exceptional animation, fantastic Leo the head animators, green lawn and plants around the pool, gazebo with ice cream drinks and great things to eat. Gone for four consecutive years.

Very nice and clean hotel. You can access the pool but it is mandatory to have a headset (which you can also buy at the bar inside the pool). Good and varied international breakfast. Friendly staff.

The price is high compared to the total quality. Director of the activity absent for two consecutive days and there is no person in charge to delegate it, which is in absolute contrast to the excellent performance of all employees. The request to see the manager was not a whim because there was a short circuit with spark in the writing room, causing the safety of my wife who was barefoot in the bathroom next to the exploded interutator and the writer who was at her near.

Spectacular location surrounded by headlands. Qualified, professional and very kind staff. It's worth doing some physical activity in the gym and then relaxing in the SPA center. The spa staff has a lot of experience. Top animation. Very addictive with different games to entertain guests in the pool. Restaurant above average of the usual hotel restaurants, very rich and varied cuisine, I recommend the full board seen and considered that to visit something in the surrounding areas you have to travel at least 18km (San vito locapo). You're taken care of in minute detail. Very recommended. Strategic place to visit San Vito Lo Capo, Gypsy reserve, the tuna of Scopello.

We spent 7 wonderful days at this fantastic property, located at a strategic point to visit the different places in the area. All perfect from the very welcoming and friendly staff to hearty and quality meals and clean rooms. Not to mention the beautiful animation present throughout the day.

This is the second time I come to this facility, and every time I go excited.

We stayed here a week until Sunday 15 July. The hotel is absolutely not a 4 star. The room is very small with. Unkempt décor and uncomfortable beds. Nice bathroom and pool. Just discreet dinner. A lot of noise in the room. We were charged the cost of the dog even in the 2 days we asked not to do cleaning the room even though we pointed it out to him. Don't come back. Kind and prepared anyway The waiters and the staff at the reception.

Breakfast was so good. Wifi didn’t work at all in the room.

Should! For those who want to escape, Relax and…
Pros: Cleaning — Catering — Entertainment — strategic Location. (Catering is the strong point! ).
Cons: Presence of stray dogs even of large size (tolerated by the staff) not everyone is a lover.
Rust in the spa (Scottish shower bucket) and Jacuzzi with many inefficiencies. Rusty Screws there too, and detached headrests on which I think no one dreams of resting his head… Never!
And in the end the parking, which in my humble and irrelevant opinion, would need sheds to guarantee more customers possible coverage of cars, from the Scorch Sun of Wonderful Sicily.
I recommend it to everyone. Good value for money.

Very nice! 4 stars deserved for quality, services, professionalism and courtesy! 2 steps from San Vito Lo Capo offers relaxation and fun with entertainment and excursions to the Zingaro nature Reserve, the Egadi Islands and many other wonderful places just a few minutes away! We spent here on our Valentine's Day. Friendliness of all the staff, in particular Mrs. Ra Francesca cuddled us like a really nice mom would. From the location, wellness path, food and cleanliness. Road recommended.

Approximate. Orientated towards San Vito Lo Capo, in the area, we preferred to head towards a facility with a wellness centre. The choice fell on Villa Zina which, unfortunately, we booked by phone. There was no clarity on the prices of the services and we had not understood, after asking for bathrobes on arrival that at the SPA the courtesy kit was paid. In the morning room there were smells of draining from the bathroom. I regret that I did not book on booking; The price of the room would have been 48, 60 while at the time of payment I was asked 54, 00 despite having made this the difference identified on the Internet. Luckily the service staff dedicated to the breakfast was especially nice and this has soothed the discomfort experienced. I thank them especially, I started with the smile.

Wonderful place! We had a great weekend. The food was very good and the staff were very helpful. The only drawback is the spa which should be, in my opinion, reorganized for the wellness paths as being small you can not let in 12 people at the same time.

We spent 2 nights and three days at Villa Zina, new structure cmq well put, everything spotless, comfortable and small room equipped with everything that can serve, a beautiful bathroom.
Restaurant compartment I have to say enough large amount of good food, with the room full it is always difficult to manage everything impeccably but I must say that they were all good, including the group of animators, helpful and friendly who took care of the Our little while we were doing the path of wellbeing to which I give a 5 in total as meager. In This they could do more. Cmq everything went serenely, if I have to say something that I think is missing is a real playground, with inflatable etc etc for smaller, recommended place for families.

We were only there one night. The one star is for the bed, which was quite fine.
Since whole hotel looks pretty much in the years come out. Has no charm whatsoever. The restaurant is more reminiscent of a canteen from the 80s.

Property located in a quiet area with lots of greenery and above all is a few km from the most famous tourist destinations. Property in good condition, comfortable and well appointed, perhaps you could renew some bathrooms. Staff helpful and available. The pool is very nice and well maintained. Great breakfast too. Definitely try again for longer stays.

Hello everyone. After a busy week of work I decided to spend a weekend different from the usual. Surfing the internet I came across VILLA ZINA PARK HOTEL.
A structural complex site in Custonaci immersed in nature and easy to reach.
There is much to tell, but I summarize by saying that they were two days relaxing and enjoyable. The Organization of the complex is well structured, the staff welcoming and always available for any unexpected. Lovely food and served by trained staff and very friendly.
Time seemed to never go, but unfortunately any nice event has a beginning and an end. Summing up is an experience that I recommend to everyone.

I've been several times at Villa Zina, an of-the-art facility with qualified and friendly. It is a modern hotel with Wellness Centre, a huge swimming pool and a reception room like few in Trapani. The impeccable cuisine. I got to taste the typical Sicilian dishes in different banquets (graduations, weddings and conferences). Simply put a 4 star hotel which they all deserve.
