Congratulations I just celebrated my 18th birthday, what to say a heavenly location surrounded by a trained, excellent staff, is always available to the customer 100% satisfied.

You can't help but be fascinated.
Rental, food, service and hospitality can be equalled but not exceeded.

Location:
Very beautiful and impactful, the rustic style combines with the contemporary, the external floors of the rustic style combine with the contemporary walls which reflect the colors and style with some external rosettes, the same goes for the interior which, with its barrel arches, reflects the flooring and more modern lighting. The tables and their layout are beautiful, although decorated with warm colors tending towards beige, the transparent chairs (Kartell-like) reflect and improve the style.

On a purely design level, I wouldn't have minded some decorated stone for the external floor so as to match the central rose window.
Staff:
They seem very friendly and well coordinated, their uniform is beautiful and features the villa's logo. Although good in terms of safety in bringing food and drinks, their service is slightly flawed, perhaps small errors could be avoided. Very concise in the presentations albeit detailed.
Menu:
Very limited and in my opinion not very clear on various points, in my opinion it should be specified in writing that you must choose one dish per type since as it is currently written it would seem like a fixed menu, I appreciated the quick (and bilingual) presentation of what this village offers.

Cordiality, good hospitality, good food, kindness and welcome was amazing, compliments to all the staff.

Spectacular Location, views of mount Etna are breathtaking. Quality and good price of the dishes.

The estate as a whole has an inviting appearance, the greenery with great attention to detail gives the visitor a feeling of tranquility. The external environment has various corners where you can enjoy an aperitif with a view of the splendid Etna.
Upon our arrival we were accompanied inside where after having had a short tour of the estate we took a seat at the table.
The food is of excellent quality, each dish has its own unique appearance and its own delicate and particular flavor that delights the palate. You can taste fresh products and aromas just picked from the estate's garden.
The service was punctual and ready to give any kind of explanation.
You can't complain about the amount paid, considering the delicate and tasty foods you can enjoy in a unique environment that brings to mind the Mediterranean style.
The owners and all the staff are kind and courteous.

A small jewel set in a wonderful landscape. Fantastic location, high quality local cuisine to discover and rediscover the tastes of our tradition. I hope it becomes a fixed stop for anyone who wants to get to know the Centuripine territory.

Swimming pool, tranquility, TOP cuisine, excellent person.

The structure is new, with attention to detail. The love for Sicilian nature makes every corner welcoming, blending perfectly with sober, essential and functional modernity. We were welcomed cordially by Mrs. Giovanna who set a 'real' table for breakfast :-)
